Made a reservation, paid and was confirmed by them, so we had an agreement. 17 hours before they cancel it due to "lack of capacity" Have to book another taxi which of course is more expensive. I will charge them for the difference as we did have an agreement
I booked a taxi for my parents and because their train got delayed i wanted to let them know somehow, well f them because their number didn't work and now i just lost 18€ for nothing. I was desperate, and obviously cant do anything as they said to me on the phone. Worthless company, worthless service fraud like experience. Never again.
