Longer Life without Disease by Proper Food Consumption

It's about time someone wrote a review in Trustpilot about Ovadiahearthealth.com

Dr Philip Ovadia's book entitled "Stay Off My Operating Table" is an eye opening, easy reading, understandable, and comprehensive look at why so many Americans are so overweight, and in poor health.

We have (literally) been fed MISINFORMATION about a healthy diet to achieve good METABOLIC HEALTH by the pharmaceutical and agriculture industries with complicity by the Federal Government to back up all their false assertions.

Read his book and understand the simple principles that will prevent disease rather than having to go get treatments after the fact (when in many cases), it's too late. Ken in Annapolis, MD
