I like the transparency on the ingredients and the social justice statement included within the website. The pills are big but appear to be healthy, pending additional clarification on the manufacturing and quality control process. I have not noticed a difference in how I feel yet, but I understand that may take time and consistency.

The reason for the 3 stars is the difficulty I've experienced in reaching out to Ova Moon with additional questions. Anyone else have their emails bounce back when reaching out to the listed contact at "info@ovamoon"?

Ova Moon is not just a multivitamin/supplement...it's a like a resource and support network for my period. After taking Ova Moon for just 3 weeks starting after my last period, my PMS symptoms - cramps/exhaustion - were significantly less intense. I generally have to take multiple doses of pain killers for 3 - 4 days...and I barely had to take any at all. I felt way more present and available for my life! I've also learned so much from their blog and ebook. Thank you, Ova Moon!

I love Ova Moon. It is such a great all-in-one women’s menstrual balancing supplement. Ariel & Dana have done an amazing job on the formulation of this product & I feel it’s very accessible & great place for anyone to start that wants to balance their menstrual cycle. It’s easy to use, just 3 capsules a day! After just a month of taking it, I had little to no PMS symptoms. I would’ve have even know I would’ve started bleeding if it weren’t for calendar tracking. I feel confident & nourished taking Ova Moon.

I signed up for ovamoon before they had even started shipping. This was my final attempt for relief. I’ve been taking it for a little over a month. For the first time in 16 years, I got my period and just continued on with my life. It was that simple. I was crying tears of relief and joy! I didn’t have to call out of work, stay on a heating pad or take 10-20 ibuprofen. I had minimal barely noticeable cramping. Which is a huge change from the debilitating cramps that would bring waves of nausea. I have lived most of my bleeding years in fear and full of anxiety leading up to the day I knew I’d start. Now that’s gone. I’m so thankful and I truly feel like this starts a new chapter of my life.

Ova Moon is amazing! I've been taking it consistently for a few months now, and already my cramps are way less painful and I actually feel like I have a healthy flow. Normally the first day or two of my cycle is awful and debilitating, and I can barely do anything besides hide away in bed watching netflix clutching a heating pad to my womb.
