This company ripped me off

This company ripped me off, charged a £75 call out fee after promising they would be able to fix the cooker on first visit as he had the parts in stock. The "engineer" tryied to blame the manufacturer stating that they had listed the wrong parts.
Do not listen to the no fix no fee statement on their website.
He then tried to get me to agree to another £75 call out fee. Furthermore the engineer was obnoxious and abusive.
Stay well away.
I'd advise anyone looking to get their oven fixed to go with cda services, partick glasgow. Nice honest scottish family business, £20 max call out fee which does not get charged if labour carried out.
They fixed the oven that ovenrepair specialist couldnt for £20
