I am amazed by the service of this company. I called and Melanie took my call. I told her I wished to Order a Neff Under oven and gave her the code number. She then said the code I had given was for a fitted unit and not the under oven I asked for (my senior moment). I ordered the oven I required on the Monday afternoon. Was told the oven had to be ordered from Neff as it was not in stock, may be 10 days. On Thursday afternoon Melanie phoned to arrange delivery for Friday morning. Oven ordered Monday, delivered Friday, fitted and working Saturday morning. As I said a TRULY UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. Recommend to anybody. All my thanks go to Melanie for such a great customer service. 6/5.

Extreamly good and pleasent service from the lady at the end of the phone who dealt with my order. Delivery was on time and was in pristine condition. Additionally during the post delivery courtesy call she agreed to contact one of the suppliers with a observation regarding the interaction between two of their items ( The stability of the tap on the sink )
