Incompetent cleaners and customer service
This is the state I was left with AFTER a so called professional (ox28 Tony) oven clean on Monday this week. It took me three hours to clean up the mess they left behind, and to finish what they started, by cleaning the oven myself.
They didn’t take any parts off the oven to clean it properly, simply gave everything a quick wipe over, which I could’ve done myself. I was left with old excess food, old grease around the doors, seals and knobs, and a huge puddle of grease damaging my laminate floor and resulting in me having to tip my oven sideways to clean the puddle that had seeped underneath. Furthermore, the grease had been stood in and walked through my entire kitchen and through to my hall, along with black bits that had been scraped from the oven and left on the floor.
I did not hire a professional only to endure 3 hours of hard manual labour doing the job myself. What an absolute waste of money this was.
I contacted customer services the same day, who offered a re clean. Obviously I declined. Firstly, I had already spent 3 hours doing it myself therefore there was nothing to clean. Secondly, why would I let them back into my house when they are clearly incompetent with no hygiene standards, and no standards regarding quality of service. I was then told to put my complaint into an email, along with the photos/videos. I asked how long I would expect to wait for a response, to which was told 24-48 hours.
I sent the email immediately, reiterating that I would wait until closing time Wednesday for a response (which was more than generous since this was slightly more than 48 hours).
Fast forward to today (Thursday), no response. I received a short and bland email this morning merely offering (again) a re clean. I then realised, not only were the cleaners incompetent, but also their customer service staff. I replied three times today; reiterating what I stated in my first complaint email. No response.
Fast forward to this afternoon, I called them, again. The person told me they would speak to their colleague dealing with the matter and get them to call me right back. It is now 5pm, nothing.
I have given them more than ample opportunity to rectify this situation by simply giving a refund. They have chosen to ignore me. I have even chased through their Facebook page. Given that they have ruined my laminate floor, I think a refund is the very least they could do!
AVOID these scam artists like the plague! I would not want anyone to ever experience what I have.
I will not give up either. I tried to negotiate a solution and failed. I will therefore be taking the next necessary legal steps regarding both the refund, AND the damaged flooring!

It’s just unfortunate that they sub contract to other local company’s who have different names, even when you phone a local cleaner you get put through to Oven support. Would never use them again.

Liars and poor service
Couldn’t complete the clean and was told we would be refunded some of the money. Chased it a week later and no one had a clue what we were talking about. Still no reply or response 2 weeks later despite chasing again …..days after the clean happened the seal fell off the oven. Genuinely can’t make it up. Clearly related to the chemicals used in the clean.

I booked my appointment online and paid my deposit. They rang me up the next morning and asked for the remaining balance to be paid, I was not happy to pay in full for a service I hadn't had. I booked a morning appointment, I was then notified that the cleaner was running late and now would be the afternoon, at 2:30 i get another call saying they are not coming! I waited in all day for my appointment! They said I could re-arrange but I will not be wasting another day. I have asked for a refund but I very much doubt I will get this. Terrible service from the start.

When contacting Oven Support I said it was a 90cm twin oven 5 burner gas hob to which they said it was a range cooker and would be £105 which was a competitive price. On arrival I was then quoted £140 as it wasn’t a double oven which was £90 plus extra for the hob and extractor fan. Explained I never said it was a double oven but a 90cm cooker. Poor pricing policy and unethical to dupe customers. I didn’t pay the £140 and I would avoid this company at all costs. They also operate as Oven Support Ltd and make out they are 4* company

I booked an oven clean and extractor hood clean. Communication was good and the cleaner arrived on time. He was only here for 35 minutes and whilst the oven clean was reasonable ( not at all detailed) the extractor hood was a waste of money. It was left covered in grease, the filter wasn’t removed either. I had to spend an hour afterwards scrubbing with degreaser and change the filter myself.
Cannot recommend.

I was booked for an oven clean on 31st March and nobody showed up, didn’t get a phone call. I called to enquire what happened and I was told I would get a phone call back to rearrange that day as of 3rd April I haven’t received a call. Explained I was moving the next week and needed it done urgently. A deposit of £122 was taken.

Arranged appointment after 11 am. Operator called me at 7-30 am to say he was on his way! It was his last day with the company and definitely not the professional person I had expected!. My oven lightly soiled and the clean standard just ok. Shelves needed to be washed by me as traces of the cleaner still on them. Constant up selling practice very irritating and unhelpful - why would I need a microwave clean??

I am wrote to request a refund of the £27.50 deposit I paid when booking my oven cleaning appointment online (receipt attached).
My appointment scheduled for 19 March 2026 was cancelled by your team, and I agreed to reschedule for today, 20 March 2026. However, I have just received a voicemail advising that today’s appointment has also been cancelled, and that I need to arrange a new date.
Unfortunately, I was unable to reschedule the appointment for a third time!!! and therefore kindly requested that they process my refund as soon as possible.
I am waiting for a prompt response but doubt that this will be done quickly.

I booked them on the 23rd of Feb and paid 50% deposit, they advised that the rest was to be paid after the engineer finishes which made me feel more comfortable to proceed. This also reflects their terms on their website.
The clean was meant to be on the 2nd of March. On the 27th I received a call demanding the other 50% or the visit will be cancelled. This was very strange and they disputed their own terms. I felt pressured as I was moving house and needed to have the oven cleaned so I paid and they wanted my card details over the phone. I knew something was wrong.
On the 2nd I took a day off to wait as the engineer was due between 9-11am, at mid day I got a call saying the engineer has broke down therefore cancelled the visit. As I was moving I was not able to reschedule.
They said an email will be sent as confirmation of the refund but this email never came. I called agin a few days later and was told someone will email me and that never happened. I called the third time and the lady on the phone kept me on the line while she typed the email.
To date I am still waiting for a refund. I have been left with no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank as this feels like fraud.
I also had to replace my card as I do not trust the fact that they had my details anymore based on how they have behaved to date. I believe they intentionally call before to take your card details, there was no secure link and they would not accept card terminal payment after completion of service as per their term.
Looks like they were or are under serious investigation with watchdog so the complaints are to be taken seriously by anyone considering using this service.
I hope to recover my money back but will let my bank handle this.

Paid for an extractor clean after a pushy salesman tried to tell me it was a bargain, when technician arrived he told me they can’t ever clean the fans and they were promising customers all sorts or work that can’t be done, he said he would arrange a refund and just like all other reviews it’s still not paid , gave rang them everyday you would think they would be sick of me and just pay it but no they are not even bothered so I will keep posting this review until I get it

I was having 2 ovens on a range cooker cleaned before I went on holiday. The guy spent less than half an hour in my kitchen (I was packing upstairs) and when he called me down and showed me the cooker it looked fine but I was amazed at how quickly he had 'cleaned' it.
It wasn't until he left that I noticed how dirty he had made my kitchen sink! He must have thrown a lot of grease and gunk down there as the water was very, very slow to go down. I couldn't do anything about it that day as I was going away the next. I had relatives staying in my house though while I was away and they tried everything to unblock it but eventually a plumber was called. He had to remove the waste pipe under the sink to clear the stuff the Oven Support guy had put down there. With the additional cost of the plumber, it ended costing me nearly £200 to have my ovens cleaned badly. The ceiling, sides and corners of the ovens were hardly cleaned at all, even though all the visible things such as shelves, floors and racks all looked fine.
When I got back I complained to Oven Support by email which was nearly three weeks ago and they haven't replied.
Needless to say, I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND them and will never use them again.

I booked an oven clean for the 30th January and had to pay a £25 deposit. On the day they messaged in the morning to say running late I said that was fine. They tried to get me to then make full payment. Luckily I didn't. I kept waiting and called them twice each time they said cleaner was on his way. Eventually I had a message late in the afternoon to cancel the clean. I phoned requesting a full refund which still has not arrived. I've called them over 12 times now and each time they say I am high priority with the accounts department for a refund. What a dreadful company they could never be recommended and appear to be very dishonest and untrustworthy. Please do not book them.

I Have finally received a refund after 6 weeks of chasing!
I am so disappointed over the poor treatment received. I booked an oven clean for 5 January prior to moving. I paid a deposit of £42.50. On 5th no one turned up. I telephoned and was told they had phoned in sick. No one had attempted to inform me. I was offered a new appointment but it was after I had moved out so the company offered to refund my deposit. Over a month later and a number of phone calls , a load of excuses - finance department on 2 weeks leave, no one available etc.. on Monday I thought I was getting somewhere after speaking to a guy who sounded genuinely apologetic. He acknowledged that refund was overdue and said he would expedite matter on Tuesday and call me back!
It’s Wednesday and still no money, and no phone calls!
