I meditate the first thing in the morning to start my busy day as a CEO of a start-up Fintech company. It is true serenity (the peace of mind). I am from an ordinary family and have never had chance to go to universities, I was not confident enough, having negative self-talks every day, but I am smart and have many smarter friends. It is my advantage. I enjoyed the Zen strategy the most. Fantastic. Overcome told me I do not need more than 5 sessions, and I do know it is not necessary to have more, but I keep going back, worth every penny to discuss with the advisors on Zen and serenity once in a while, which boosts my business for real. Small investments, big effect.
