My 2nd purchase from this store. Necklace arrived really quickly, exactly as described and perfectly packaged. I had so many compliments on my necklace I ended up gifting to someone special and ordered myself another! Customer service top notch.

My Jewellery arrived on time and in a lovely package, it is gorgeous and looks like the pics on the website.

I had a minor issue sorted out swifty, by enthusiast staff who really do care about their products and customers.

Many sites sell similar products, but Overdressed are always way nicer and customers are in good hands with this company

Absolutely fabulous ring . I bought the ‘Chunky ring with stars’ as I wanted a larger gold ring for everyday.
It has a lovely weight to it, and it’s really eye catching . I’m so pleased at the quality and will definitely be back for more.

I was slightly skeptical as there are so many of these shops popping up on line. Bought a few pieces to see quality. Just received a ring that looked stunning and it’s even better IRL, super impressed with the quality. Received very quickly and came with a snazzy gift bag. Well done overdressed.

I purchased earrings in November 2024. Within 2-3 weeks I had a problem with my order.

I contacted Overdressed who unfortunately never received my emails at the time. However they have since responded and I am very happy with their customer service and swift action once they were aware of the issue.

I ordered the star earrings from Overdressed recently and I’m seriously impressed. They’re even more gorgeous in person than they looked online—amazing quality and I've had so many compliments!!

Shipping was fast, and the packaging was so lovely and made it feel like a real treat (also great if you want to buy for a gift it's perfect). I also had a quick question before I ordered, and the customer service was super friendly and helpful.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely order from them again.

From the second I ordered these bracelets it was excellent service - sadly for me, the bracelets were too small, but that is purely a personal problem. I would NOT hesitate to order from Alison, from the whole process to ordering and returning it was seamless and I would NOT hesitant ordering from overdressed, I’m just sad that they didn’t fit me as they are a fabulous product

I love all my Overdressed jewellery - a growing collection! I have 2 pairs of hoop earrings with charms (the green stone evil eye ones I wear every day now!), some crystal dotted huggies, some star studs and the heart chilli charm necklace. I have sensitive skin and they don’t irritate me at all, the gold stays bright even after showering, gyming and sleeping in them. One of my green evil eye hoop earrings was faulty (I recently bought a second pair because I love them so much!) and Alison sent out a new one right away - great products with gorgeous designs AND great customer service to boot! Definitely a loyal customer now and look forward to my next purchase!

Purchased a matching necklace and bracelet set and was very pleased with it, looks great on and made of quality materials at a reasonable price. Website easy to navigate and delivery was quick.
