Provide wrong service

Initially, I had a disappointing experience with Overgear. I specifically ordered a Chaos Trial carry, but Trial of the Sekhemas was completed instead. While I still received my Ascendancy points, the different Trials have different rewards and possible unique drops, which is why I chose Chaos in the first place.

My biggest frustration was the initial customer support response. I received conflicting information about the service and loot, despite the offer description stating: “You keep all the loot, no matter what drops.” At first, it felt like my concern was being dismissed rather than properly checked.

However, after escalating the issue, management handled the situation professionally. They acknowledged the confusion, apologised, completed the correct Chaos Trial for me, and offered compensation for the inconvenience.

Mistakes can happen, and while the initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate that the issue was eventually taken seriously and resolved.

Legendary Disappointment AGAIN Order #126226_865171

I have used this company for a couple of years. I have spent enough money to reach "Legend" status, so obviously I have been satisfied in general. Until this year. In February I had a disastrous interaction, but it was "resolved" enough that they convinced me to take down my review. (the resolution included compensation that never materialized) They are great for buying gold so I continued to use them for that. But then 2 days ago I decided to try another buy on Hardcore Wow Resource packs. I paid for super-express. ONCE AGAIN, the super-express time limit expired and I contacted them. Once again, the order had not even been started and would take"some time" until it could be fulfilled. What is the point of "super-express" and "express". Where is the benefit of being Legend status and having "priority order fulfillment" as a benefit. I have NOW learned my lesson. Gold=fine. Anything else Hardcore is not.
