Not to be trusted-do not sign face to face
Met with Overline to discuss moving to a voip system. Pleasant meeting, discussed our needs and struck a deal, signed the contract. Afterwards discovered the detail in the contract was not as agreed. No cooling off period-never sign a telephone contract face to face. Tried to cancel and we had to pay a £2000 exit fee.
They are not trustworthy and have lost the opportunity for future business.
