This isn't my first time using OC. Both times have went flawless!!! Bot times the caskets have been way more than I expected!!! Hopefully I don't have to use their services anymore, but if I do, I know their caskets are amazing!!! And customer service is right behind that!

We needed a casket quickly because of a National Holiday, which severely constricted our timeline. Overnight Caskets was honest with us. They said they could guarantee delivery on the day we needed, they couldn't promise the time (morning). We appreciated their candor.

We went ahead with our order. When the casket didn't arrive in the morning--which they didn't promise--I called and they checked on the status. Within a short time, the mortuary called us and said it had been delivered.

They had the casket delivered that day, as promised, in time for its needed use.

The process was easy and the delivery driver was so kind and patient. The only thing is to update your tracking system because we couldn’t track the delivery and had to keep calling so we wouldn’t miss the delivery

All I had to do is pick one out on line aand they did the rest.

They were very accommodating. Called me back to let me know what they could do with free shipping. Casket came as promised. Upon inspection a. Dry small imperfection was found by the receiving funeral director on the inside where it would not be seen, which I felt would not make any difference. Their price was as reasonable as any I found on the internet with the red shipping.

Great job with over-the-phone customer service and ordering. The product came a day later than anticipated but still within the time window we needed for it to arrive. The one thing I'd ask is that we could track delivery without calling to find out. Overall, great experience.

I ordered for it to be delivered next day and it was ! Very excited and about a third less than what the funeral was charging for the same product.
