The casket was very nice unfortunately there was a defect and it had to be returned.
The return was a hassle free process. They refunded my money with out any pushback which I appreciated.

Thanks for your order. Thanks for registering. Here is your receipt. Here is a copy of your conversation. Your order has been updated to shipped and 2 e-mails asking me to "Rate my Experience".
Well the one e-mail, and the most important was the one I never received. YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. If I had a tracking number it would have saved me 5 days of unnecessary stress. You do not offer a tracking number. You need to provide a tracking number. Food for thought.
