It's not possible for me to overstate just how amazing it was working with Mike and McGivern Diamonds in finding the perfect ring for my fiancee. Mike treated me like he was my personal jewelry assistant, and I do not personally know him. Great at responding to emails. Very competitive pricing. My engagement ring was 1) created as agreed upon, and 2) delivered on time. And it looks great! Initially hesitant paying first before getting the engagement ring, but it was worth it.

Have done business with them for about 15 years. Never met them other than on the phone. Always a pleasure and never had any problems. Same for my friends that I have sent there.

Even though I moved two states away, I still only use McGivern because their service and prices can't be beat! I dropped off a couple of rings to be used for a new ring setting when I was I town, and they offered to ship the final product back to me free, which I thought was above and beyond. Everything I've had them do has had stunning results. I highly recommend!

I was initially skeptical about buying an expensive ring from an online retailer. I found Mike's site, clicked around a bit and decided to give Mike a call. He picked up the phone immediately and helped me find the diamond that met my criteria. Further, he offered a 100% refund if my wife wasn't satisfied.
