Love the Dog tag! It was a real help a few days ago when my dog got out. He is chipped but having that tag was a great help and a bonus that the person that found him didnt have to take him anywhere first to get the chip scanned.

I placed an order on 8/21/2017 for 200 tags to use for our foster dogs in our rescue and still have not received the tags or a status update. I have used this company before and not had any issues. I have been trying to reach them for the last 3 weeks with multiple emails, phone calls, FB messenger, and even through their website and haven't received a response. We are a small non-profit and every dollar matters and now it appears that I will have to order tags from another company because I can't get anyone from this business to reply in any form.

The tags are cute. They came very quickly. No typos. Only reason I'm not giving 4 instead of 5 stars is due to inaccuracy of my customization request. I ordered three tags, two with my husband's info on them for his two dogs, the third with mine for my dog. The invoice was even correct on the receipt they sent, tags taped were taped to it. But all three tags had my husband's info. Minor enough I decided to keep them, but still a little annoying.

Placed two orders, one one day then one the next day. After I placed them I had realized within 24 hours that I had a typo error on one of the tags. I immediately sent an email and awaited a reply to try and see if it wasn't too late to correct. Didn't get one that day or the next day. I called several times on day two and left at least two detailed messages. No reply by phone or email, and yes I checked my spam folder. I got part of my first order in. It was only collars no tags. Got part of the second order in. Same thing.... only a collar no tag. Have waited to see if the rest would come. No tags. It's been several weeks since I received the collars. Still no tags. I was charged for them and have yet to get them in the mail. All I've received is two emails to rate the service. This was totally unacceptable for a company to do. I haven't received any partial refund for what was missing. Completely bad experience. I thought I had found the only place I wanted to get tags and collars for my animals but I was a fool. I will take my money somewhere else and I would definitely not recommend their services.

I still haven't received my item which was charged and paid for more than 2 weeks ago. If I could give a zero for service I would.

My tag came with someone else's info on it. I contacted the vendor 4 times but got no response from them. Only when I issued a dispute with my credit card and Paypal was I able to get a refund. Not a good experience.

I have ordered several tags from here. I love them. Shipping is always fast and Free! The quality is good and so is the durability. I ordered several different syles and colors for my pets and I am satisfied with them all. I am a satisfied customer!
