The pet tag arrived ahead of schedule and is perfect in every detail. I had chosen the color gold, and I was very pleased that it is a soft gold, not at all tacky looking. All of the words are written and punctuated to my specifications, and they stand out on the tag. Purchasing a similar tag locally, for the same amount of money, would have been impossible because I needed to have certain words emphasized. Thank you very much!

Did not received the 1 of the 2 products I ordered. I have emailed twice with zero reply. I have now opened a dispute with Paypal... still waiting on a reply.

Good service and decent quality collar and tags. However, the white spaces on the tag were very wide and the lettering very small. Using a different font with narrower margins would have resulted in more readable lettering on the same size tags.

My cat is a total freak nasty but she really dug the tag. It looked hella fresh with her green eyes. She is ready to show off her bling. She is the most popular kitty on the block- dare I say the cat's me-ow.

I ordered a tag for my cat with a certain phrase and there was no problem getting it made up and sent to me. Came with a week.

The product and delivery time are excellent. It's such a simple process it's almost hard to believe it's possible but it is. Placed my order for a stop sign style tag for my new rescue and just a few days later it was in my mailbox exactly as advertised.

I would absolutely recommend this company and product line to anyone interested in it.
