After more two months Ive only received two defective products
I ordered inserts more than two months ago and I have received two(!!) defective products and no information about receiving the correct product.
I received a parcel with the wrong type of insert that also doesn't have my prescription.
Apparently they mixed up my order. But the right one is on the way.. it's just gonna be 1.5 months in transit because the parcel got lost and customer service just can't find it. I finally ask for a remake and they agree to send me one.
Then the lost parcel finally arrives - however big surprise when I try them on, one of the lenses has no prescription! It's an empty glass! Good thing a remake is already on the way..
Oh wait, follow up with customer service, doesn't seem like they ordered the remake even though it's been more than 10 days. apparently in order to make the remake they already promised, they need a video Proof that I in fact, got a completely unusable product. For the second time.
So after more than two months after ordering I still haven't received the correct product. And with this behavior of customer service I won't receive them before the end of the ski season. Extremely disappointing and time consuming.
