Scam company. Absolute garbage. I thought I was ordering 100% cotton sheets. What arrived was microfiber. I opened the package plastic and immediately put everything back in the way I found it. I have pictures but can’t post them here. They said because the package was opened I can’t get a refund. Mind you, I didn’t even unfold them! Just slid them out and then slid them back in. Completely unacceptable. Total rip off. Avoid at all costs.

One hundred percent scammer's!

They advertised 1800 thread count and sent me microfibre instead.

When I advised them that the product was unacceptable, they told me to return it to them, but I would pay the freight, which turned out to be $30.81.

After all that, they charged me a 35% restocking fee.

I believe that their business is to ship garbage and upon return which they don't pay for charge people 35% of the origional price.

Buyer beware!

Terrible sheets. Ordered 1800 thread count sheets with the name “Egyptian” in them received paper thin microfiber sheets. Two stars because I received these sheets within five days or so, the color matches the color on the website and they are soft to the touch, but they look flimsy and the stitching is really large and loose looking. I can see my hand through the sheets. Website says no returns on sale items.

I ordered what was sold as premium 1800 Thread Count king size sheets. When they arrived I opened the package and found the sheets to be of very thin material, which I was not satisfied with the cheaper quality of the product. When I called Overstock sheets to return the product, I could not get through to a real person. I received an email reply to my online return request and if you open the package to inspect the Overstock sheets product, you are only refunded at a lower than purchased price rate and you also have the cost of shipping both ways. At that unfair return rate I decided to try the sheets on the mattress and found the sheets to be way oversized. POTENTIAL BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased 3 sets of the 1800 thread sheets various colors on 5/8/24. I first used the Orange sheets and after the first wash there were ripped seams on the pillowcase. I then used the Blue sheets and again after the first wash the sheet ripped at the seam of the decorative top part. I logged in to the site and left a review similar to this one. They did not post my review and a week later they sent me an email and asked for pictures so obviously they received my review. Bottom line to not trust the reviews on their site.

I wish I had looked at trust pilot first because these sheets are AWFUL! Do not order them. They are not cooling. They are very thin and not soft. I never thought they’d be so bad and now I own three pairs.

Very thin sheet. Color fade imperfections (look like stains) after 1st wash never used.
Return policy is difficult and at customers expense.
Won't accept opened pkg of defective sheets.

I bought a set of split-top CAL King sheets. The price, compared to Sleep Number sheets, was excellent. The sheets arrived in a timely manner.
Pros: non-wrinkling fabric, appreciated especially on the wide hem of the top sheet. Extra width on the top sheet for a nice side drop. Trim on the pillowcases is lovely (wish it were on both sides and without the envelope though).
Cons: The sheets don't fit our Sleep Number Bed. The split length is too long, resulting in a bunching up of the fabric at the bottom of the split. The pieces of fabric that tuck in around the split top don't have elastic on the inside edges, and don't stay tucked in all night. The sheets can't be returned once opened, so how would you know if they will work on your bed or not?

Sheets are so very soft! I had the best experience with these people, the sheets were the softest I have ever felt and the customer service was great!

Poor customer service and misleading information regarding the product.
