Great customer service, replied very quickly and canceled the order when I realised (quite late) that I didn't need it. The other items I've ordered from them have all come quickly and in great condition!

Got exactly what I was looking for from Overtek they really do have the best SFF cases on the market and for a low price and a great selection of hardware to meet your needs. Customer service is great and they get in touch with you fast if you have any issues. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a Densium 4 Plus V2 ITX case, a PSU, and a riser cable. I made the order before my vacation but did not expect that the case and riser cable would be shipped from China. I emailed Overtek when I noticed that on Sunday evening to clarify the shipment time and, to my surprise, got a reply from Jon the same day. The parcel arrived on the estimated day, and the case looks great (a very rigid steel frame with a beautiful wooden front panel). Overall, I am very happy with the purchase, and it was a pleasure to order from Overtek. Thanks a lot, Jon!

I was looking for a flex ATX Power supply unit however I managed to find a more suitable replacement elsewhere I forgot to cancel my order.

A few emails back and forth I returned the product Jon was very helpful and understanding and was always quick to respond to any queries. It was a pleasure doing business with overtek regardless of not keeping the PSU!

I ordered a replacement power supply for my Netgear Readynas NV+. Because it looks slighly different to the original, I queeried this up front. They explained everything giving me ful confidence to go ahead witht he purchased. The unit was produced and shipped for me the same day and delivered the next day. Installed as soon as it arrive and my NAS burst back in to life. Life saver, thanks guys.
