Being a client for multiple years, I rarely had any issues. Recently sent 2 tickets regarding two different, but related, issues and both of them were treated in a very professional matter.
Not only did they call me by phone to try and understand better my problem (ticket CS15383270 wich was resolved after that call), they also considered and accepted my request regarding my contratual commitment after migrating servers (ticket CS15383312).
So far I'm happy with the quality of service and support.

I have spent many years in the tech industry, working with both ISVs and IHVs, and collaborating closely with various support organizations, including managing my own support team. I can confidently say that I have never experienced support of this quality.
From my very first day, on December 31st, 2025, when launching a critical test project, I was met with individuals who were consistently available, professional, and genuinely supportive. OVH and the lack of respect for its customers.
I bought a server over 10 months ago, with loyalty, but it had a bad block on the HD, OVH, I had to migrate because OVH did not have real-time delivery, and I could not exchange the HD with the risk of losing all the data.
Even though I have been a customer for over 10 years, with hundreds of thousands of euros spent as a customer, the request to terminate a server, which occurred due to hardware failure, is not taken into consideration and they want me to pay for a server that will not be used.
OVH needs to worry about serving its customers better, because a decade-long commitment relationship is worth more than a simple $80 contract compared to the thousands of dollars invested as a customer.

This is an absolute SCAM! ⚠️💥 I paid 14 euros for a domain name, and within a minute, they claimed it was created and confirmed. Two minutes later, they said it was canceled for some unknown reason. When I asked why, they refused to give me an answer, and then told me the payment wasn’t even charged to my account. I spent nearly 15 minutes with support and got absolutely nowhere. So, from what I can tell, I’ve just been scammed. ⚠️💣 The worst part? They told me the only solution is to pay again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers! 🚨
