I had ordered a Touch-screen toaster

I had ordered a Touch-screen toaster on September 7th, which took ages to come from China (I thought it was a Sydney address), after I had received confirmation of my order from Oviment! They had even listed the exact toaster with a picture and what I had paid for in the confirmation email.
However, the 17Tracking App suddenly stated it had been delivered on Friday evening at 8pm!
I had been home since 3.30pm and nothing had arrived at my place or next door. This morning (Sunday), I checked my mailbox as it hadn't been checked for a couple of days, and sure enough, a thin padded envelope was in the mailbox...and within was ONE wooden bead!
So it was a total fraud! I have contacted Oviment twice and tried to contact ARX Australia (the couriers yesterday), which should have been a clue, as they are literally unreachable!
So hopefully someone about to purchase will read this and WON"T!
I will now contact the Credit Card Bank about it!

Oviment are a fraudulent company

I ordered a high speed touchscreen toaster and reusable toaster bags fro, this company on 9th September and on 18th September I received a small jiffy bag with 2 small wooden beads! When I log into this company my order is saying the items were delivered to my address. I have sent a message through their website and emailed the contact address but have heard nothing I assume this is a total fraudulent company and should be looked into by the relevant authority. I will be contacting my credit card company and reversing the payment immediately. Buyers beware!!!

After waiting over a month for my package it finally arrived , well I thought it did .
I ordered and paid for a heated lunch box , however what arrived was a button . Yes a button .
After trawling the internet for a contact number or email nothing was found ,
After denting a reply email to the company it just bounced back ,
They obviously don’t want to be contacted and imo a totally fraudulent company .
Please be aware , you have been warned ,
