If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Whatever you do steer clear of this scam company with drugs that DO NOT work.
I have placed a few orders with them over time. In late September of 2025 i placed an order for carb crave.....a day or so later i emailed them on the emergency email to cancel the order as I found out a medication change would interact and they offered a refund to me if i refused the package (hard to do when it just get dropped in a mailbox).
I knew and saw the package was NOT shipped tho they claimed it so.....eventually i got a tracking # that was NEVER traceable, and postal strike hit....it took over a month to get any sort of "delivery" and while Canada Post did deliver it, there is no contest there, the package was stolen or something else. So now im out $75 CAD, i have no product, no refund.
I contact them, and was flat out told too bad, so sad, they will do nothing for me. Even though any other company would do their best to retain the client, or refund out of goodwill, eventually they said they would re-ship things to me but i have to pay S&H!!!! LOL. The whole point of cancelling on time was that i cant take it, and YET you want me to pay you AGAIN!!!!!!
I have fought this as a dispute, but the company i paid with (AfterPay) says they are not liable for stolen packages. Ovira refuses to help in ANY way.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE USING YOUR MONEY AS TOILET PAPER.

Love how simple these are to take. I'm way too lazy for complicated routines so it's perfect that something this easy actually exists. Just finished my first bottle and starting the second one now. Haven't dropped any major weight but honestly the mental shift has been huge. I'm actually thinking before I eat now instead of just mindlessly ordering whatever looks good. I was sure my package would be super delayed, but my skin was breaking out so badly I had to try something even with all those negative reviews about slow shipping. Turns out it arrived in like 4 days which was amazing! They sent tracking updates constantly and even emailed to confirm my address beforehand. Looks like they actually fixed their shipping issues!

I ordered a package back in August 23, 2025 and by September 23, it has still not arrived (package was finally shipped mid September, tracking listed as being in transit). Now that Canada Post is on strike, I reached out to the company and informed them my product still had not arrived and due to the Canada Post strike, I am unsure of when it will arrive.
I got a very vague response confirming that the package is "still in transit" and to wait, along with a list of excuses as to why it took over 3 weeks to ship out, including some "warehouse and shipping changes".
Considering the price of this product, and the poor customer service, I will not be purchasing again.
