I purchased an emblem for a Mini…
I purchased an emblem for a Mini Countryman, which was sent to the wrong address. It took me 3 emails and 4 days to get a response.
The merchandise never arrived; it was returned to the sender (OVOKO), whom I emailed several times, and they neither refunded the cost of the goods nor offered a solution.
In other words, I was robbed by this company.

Beware!!!
Wrong item sent. We tried to follow the instructions to return the item. but . their was no form found to fill out, the link we received crashed every time we tried to use it, and we spent hours being shunted around in a loop. I would never buy from these people again. Be careful, I have seen this before. They make it easy to purchase items, but difficult or impossible to return them. They have money; we are calling this one a loss
