We returned the defective part to the seller. After a week, the order status changed to "disputed," which was supposed to be resolved within 10 days. 30 days have passed without a response.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
The worst customer service is when you can't reach anyone by phone and are waiting for someone to respond. No response to emails or chats; the issue is at a standstill.
NO REFUND. TOTAL IGNORANCE OF THE CUSTOMER.
THE WHOLE ISSUE IS A NIGHTMARE. THE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN.
SELLING DAMAGED PARTS ON OVOKO IS NOT A PROBLEM, IT'S THE CUSTOMER'S CONCERN BECAUSE THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF A REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

Good public relations.
You can only tell how good a company is when things go wrong. I was sent the wrong item. I sent it back very easy did not have pay. The correct item was sent within 48h. The customer service from the seller was very good as they apologised and keeps me up to date. Very pleased.

Non existant customer support
This is second time purchasing via Ovoko. This time it didn't go well. And you usually can tell about the company quite a lot, how they handle such situations. And Ovoko - well, their customer support is non existent. So don't expect that the problem will be solved, when something will go south. My order is lost - shipping company requires an issue to be raised by Ovoko, and Ovoko does nothing. AI support chat is hopeless, customer support doesn't answer. Avoid.
