We have been selling the R5 running shirt in large quantities for many years and have a great number of satisfied customers. Therefore, we are surprised to hear that you do not like it at all.
Could you please let us know in more detail what exactly you do not like about the fit?
Regarding the material: You ordered the R5 Pro Cool, which is made from a very thin, lightweight fabric with a slight cooling effect. Many customers particularly appreciate this material in warm weather. However, in cooler conditions, our other running shirt, the R5 Pro TS, may be more suitable, as its material is slightly thicker and therefore warmer.
We also point out this difference in the product description on our website. It is possible that the other running shirt would have better matched your expectations.

Highly recommend this premium service!
The whole experience was seamless and high quality! From the 3D design tool that lets you create your own custom shirt, to the great communication and fast delivery. The shirt itself feels premium, not cheap at all, and the print is super detailed, bright, and colourful. It’s held up perfectly in the wash with no fading.

50th birthday present that was a hit!
I bought this jersey as a gift for my husband’s 50th birthday, and it was a massive hit! The quality is incredible—truly a "geggjuð" (awesome) piece that he was absolutely delighted to receive.
What made the purchase even better was the service from Cassandra Stensland. She was wonderful to work with and made the whole process feel very personal and seamless. Being Norwegian, she brought a lovely, friendly energy to our communication that you don't often find. It felt less like a standard transaction and more like dealing with someone who genuinely cared that the gift was perfect.
