Great experience shopping online — quick, easy to navigate, and delivery arrived in just 2 days! Still plenty of time to grab one of the epic oversized white tees for this warm weather.
The material quality is excellent, the fit was perfect, and overall I couldn’t be happier. This was my 5th item purchased and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Great clothing and accessories 5* for the quality and fast shipping. Only problem is with the shipping is everything has to be signed for!! I get that’s a good thing for security etc but when you work full time and not at home in the day you’ll never receive the goods. 3 times this week the post has tried to deliver and I speak to him on the ring camera and he refuses to leave in in my safe place and refused to leave it with a neighbour who would sign for it. Hopefully I catch the postman before Christmas!

In regards to the shipping we send everything signed for as without it we have no proof of delivery and it opens us up for continuous fraud that we cannot prove otherwise. With our tracked service you should be able to leave it with a neighbour and they will sign for it on your behalf, for some reason your post person hasn't done this which isn't following Royal Mail's rules which I can only apologise for. They also shouldn't ever leave it in a safe place as it is a signed for delivery.
In the future you could get it delivered to your work if that is a possibility? Or someone you know that is always in at their address? Or if you leave a note in the order notes I can send it without a signature for you but the liability will be with you if anything happens to your parcel, that's the only problem from the customers point of view.
Hopefully you can catch the postman and hopefully we can get our Trustpilot score back up now before Christmas! 🤞
