This company has a lot to do for streaming. Ever since I've been on this site I had better "Quality"plus more viewers

I have to say...own3d ist the best adress for beginner streamers as for experienced streamers to geht their alerts and overlays. Also the Support Team is really good and nice. Thank you.

Great overlays and support are always online been using it since 2021 i still have it up to this date

the support team is extremely helpful and even edited my profile banner for me, since i had no idea how to use photoshop. i just told them what i wanted and the next morning it was sitting in my email and look perfect!

Fast response and clear instructions, no chat bots, human to human.

Staff reply's really fast and are very helpful.

M, the head of support is super condescending and rude, and does not acknowledge when he is being offensive to customers. I came to get the streaming services working and he kept saying no plugins are needed and there are no tutorials he will give me because they fo not exist. He went on to try to sell me on all their overlays before helping me get the service working sending me a copy and paste sales message which at first I thought was a bot.

I told him my question was not answered, and told me yes it was. I told him he was not right for telling a customer that he answered their question after the customer says he didn't. He then argued me back saying he didn't do it.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have witnessed. I'll stick with Streamlabs.

No, I'm not a bot and yes, that's answering your question. As written before, there is no plugin anymore. The plugin is not supported and is not available anymore. That said, there is nothing you have to install and there is also nothing that can be shown in OBS Studio then.

Everything is now configured in our Scene Builder at own3d.pro. 🙂

Thank you for letting me know that the plug-in is not needed. On OWN3D's website, it shows there should be some way to connect OWN to OBS. My question was about how to connect these two application like the company's website shows. Based on your initial reply, this question was not answered. Thank you for making an effort to help, but I have decided not to use this application.

For future reference, if a customer says their question was not answered, telling them they are wrong and yes it was is not a great idea. I hope you can ask your manager why that is not a great idea, and learn how to handle that better for future converstions.

There is no option to connect OWN3D to OBS Studio as written before. You can use the Scene Builder only.

First I would like to mention that, I've told you that I'm not a bot. I didn't tell you that you were wrong. I've also told you that I've answered the question with my reply since the plugin doesn't exist anymore.

Unfortunately, I can't give you any guide or tutorial for something that does not exist. I'm also not sure what you are referring to with "it shows there should be some way to connect OWN to OBS". As written before, you can't connect OWN3D Pro to OBS Studio. You can use the Scene Builder to create your scenes and add them as a browser source to OBS Studio, only. But that's just what I've told you before already.

So what exactly do you need help with? Since there is nothing I can provide in regards to connecting OBS Studio to OWN3D Pro, you have to specify this. Otherwise, I'm, unfortunately, unable to help, if I don't know about the issue.

Fast and timely assistance, resolved my issue perfectly.

I don’t review many things but I felt obligated to state that I was a little upset spending $30 on a bundle set (it is worth it 100%), but any doubt was completely thrown out the window when I opened my “surprise pack” and received like 3 more full bundles of overlays packs and emotes and just so much extra stuff I am BEYOND happy with my purchase!!

Customer service in the live chat is highly responsive and the team behind are not only patient but very knowledge with their tool and external ones.

Own3d can look intimidating if you're new to it all but it's all down to frequent use and familiarisation. I look forward to making further use of this tool.

They are a scam! If I could give them a zero star I would. I was told that OWN3D PRO would be a plug-in for Mac for overlays, streaming help etc. I ended up buying the PRO subscription and was unable to download and paste non of the overlays I was paying for. I went to customer service for help like any normal customer would do, but I was talking to a AI the whole time(their customer service). I was told I would get a refund and if I wanted to purchase an overlay package for my stream on MAC I would have to go to their other website. Which is the same but does not have PRO. Me giving them the benefit of doubt I purchase an overlay for MAC. Everything goes well until I receive a message saying "who said I was getting a refund? You were talking to a AI." WHATEVER YOU DO! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL NOT RESPOND UNTIL 2 DAYS AFTER EACH EMAIL. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE YOUTUBERS THEY ARE GETTING PAID TO TALK GOOD ON THESE SCAMMERS.

The help of the support was fast and really helpful. Also the products are good.
