Hi, went on the Own3d website looking for emotes for my Kick.com channel so I used the "create your own emote" option and really liked the result,but before I making my purchase I wanted to be sure emotes will work for Kick.com so I used the live chat to asked this question.
The customer support agent said NO and closed the chat.
I was like wow ,great experience but because I really like their emotes I decided to actually pay £6.49 for one emote just to make sure it will work before I buy the all package, which I was pretty sure it will work after checking all details from Kick.com regarding emotes upload and also Own3d website.After making the purchase and use it for my channel it worked ,of course, and I said let me actually double check again with the live chat to see if they will provide the same answer and guess what,same experience.Customer support agent said again NO,thanks for checking and closed the chat,didn't had time to at leqst say that I actually did a purchase. Customer support agent name was Anna the second time I contact them and I am 90 % sure she wqs the one in the first chat the previous day.
So now I am like ,what is going on?
Are they against Kick.com or the agent actually doesn't know what is the job description.
So that's why I gave them 3 stars only for this experience as I did purchase before from them overlay and had no issues,top quality products but you need to double check your agents have the knowledge and also they know how to actually have a conversation with the customer.

I know that there's a lot of customisation but i think it could be way better.

After having formatted the computer and having lost all the templates and not having a backup, the technical service sent me all the files again so that I could stream again. Thanks Marco, thanks OWN3D, I will buy again for sure.

Product wasn’t right for me but after a long email period back and forth they said they would only issue a refund if I removed the bad review here. Kinda odd but I did that. I was told i can use the free one and get help. Went to discord only to be made to feel like I was a nuisance and one of the mods Mela banned me from posting! Then took it off. Not at all Happy with the service. There are so many issues with it and it’s not highlighted before or addressed after you buy it. Avoid. Not worth the time or money.

I like the stream packs, and support helped me, it took some time to understand my problem but maybe I explained it wrong. Overall great experience!

It was just 3 days ago that I sent an email requesting OWN3D/Marco to photoshop some files I purchased for me, I wanted them to say my streamer name instead of "NAME". It only took 3 days for him to completely do everything that I asked for with no mistakes, errors, or delays. This is one of the most wonderful services I have ever stumbled across. Marco was ever polite as always and helped me get through this. I even understand a little more about photoshop now thanks to Marco.
