I bought 3 Ownkoti quilts in the last year! That should tell you all you need to know. They have a luxurious feel and truly brighten any bedroom.

So far they have not responded regarding a tracking number and I am highly concerned bas d in reading reviews here that I will have the same problem as I did with the company MakePants, there are many of these companies based in China with the policy on returns that you pay the shipping which would cost at least the same as the amount in a refund, I will fight all these companies that I foolishly ordered from, not realizing that they ship from China and poor quality nothing like the ad pictured in Facebook

I had ordered two pair of pajamas as a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately they run a bit small so go a size up. I was so impressed with their customer service. They resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Their products are beautiful. It’s always a plus when customer service is so helpful.

I ordered the Geinko cover and we absolutely love it 😍. The pattern is stunning, the make quality exceptional and sooo soft. Perfect weight for a summer quilt. Arrived promptly and beautifully packed and did I say how soft it is!!! All ready looking to order another one!

I paid $249 for a Sherpa blanket and within six weeks it has started to unravel in 18 different places. I contacted the company and all they offered was $30 or a 15% discount on my next order. This company has a serious quality issue and I would not order anything from them. I even sent them video and several pictures.

Terrible customer service. Very hard to get a hold of them. And finally via WhatsApp I was able to connect an then through email. The pyjama set that I have been gifted for Christmas doesn’t fit. Simple issue right? But now they are arguing about the sizing now wanting me to measure their product! I just want to exchange a freaking pajamas set!!!

Never received my item and they refuse to do anything about it. I just want my money back.

I really liked the nightdress but it didn’t fit and so I’ve just paid out £20 for postage to return the item which is way too much.

I have just received my bedding and it’s the most beautiful, exquisite linens I have ever owned or slept in, and I have pretty high standards! The quality is amazing as well as the colors, and the craftsmanship is brilliant. If you’re thinking of buying new bedding, I can only highly recommend Ownkoti

Product never arrived. They use a delivery company called Uniuni which is a total scam. Check out Uniuni's rating on this site.

Ownkoti makes it very difficult to report a problem and when you do they do nothing about it.

It takes months to receive your order, then, after it shows up, it's not exactly what they said it was i.e. quality, material and workmanship. Don't think for a minute about returning it. To return an item YOU have to ship it to China for a refund, at your own expense. How costly is that? How long does that take, you ask? About as much as the purchase price and at least as long as it took to arrive, and maybe, longer. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed in the king size duvet cover/pillowcases set I purchased. The pictured/advertised items are vibrant green with big ginko leaves.The colors on the item I received though are dull and washed out with ZERO green. Mostly tan and cream with a dull washed-out blue backing. Nothing like in the ad. I actually thought they had sent the brown version by accident, but no. After I sent multiple photos, showing NO GREEN, they finally said, that yes, this is their product.
The pajama set is beautiful but tiny, even the XL size, and scratchy. I just spent over $200 on these items and am only being offered a $15 refund! I am disappointed & feel scammed. They need to do better. UPDATE: Feb 20, 2025. Nothing has happened. They offered $20 back after the review, I declined. I just want a return label, and my full money back. They insisted I not send it back saying the address on the package was not their address.They said they were sending my return/refund request to a different dept. This is over a month later and no word. When I reached out I was told to wait longer. I have this useless duvet cover that looks like something you might find in a motel. The PJs are tiny and scratchy. Both items useless. TERRIBLE customer service.

This company is a total scam. Please note that if you have to return something. They give you a crazy address in China, which will start around $30. USD.
What they're trying to do is sell you a cheap product that is not worth the price at all, acting like it's great quality. And so when you receive the item you actually lose money, if you want to return it. What they are hoping is that you won't return it so they offer you a fraction of the money back. I actually had to report them to paypal, and they were still trying to scam me through the whole thing ordeal luckily paypal was on my side.
Guaranteed their products are through temu then trying to sell you it for ten times it's worth. DO NOT BUY!

OWNKOTI's return policy states "returns are free" but "customer is responsible for return shipping." What they don't mention is that their returns center is in China, which means an average of $150 shipping. Even then, the company retains the right to "inspect" the package before actually issuing a refund. I had intented to buy a bedding set for $275. Hence, the return shipping would be 55% of the purchase and even then I would not be guaranteed a refund.

The bedding is simply beautiful! I love the colors, the material and it is very well made.
So nice to slip into. It feels very warm and cozy, right when you get into bed. It’s nice in winter, when other sheets need your body warmth to warm up.

I purchased the Vintage Leaf Cotton Lapel pajamas for my wife as part of her Christmas present and she absolutely loves them! The colors are stunning and the woven patterns look and feel incredibly luxe. I was updated continuously about shipping status. The smallest size was medium and my wife is a small but they fit perfectly so they may run a bit smaller. We’re planning on getting the Ginko Leaf quilt next, would definitely recommend.

This company is a bait and switch with their advertising and the product if you ever receive the item you spent a lot of money on. I am still waiting for some communication regarding my order I placed over 15 days ago. When I finally realized that this is a Chinese company I should have known better than to waste my money. Tracking is useless as it continues to say they don’t have a delivery date yet?! I sent an email and have not received any response from them yet. The reviews are awful and I should have done my research. Never again!

I ordered the bedspread and was Cautioned by friends about buying such things on the Internet however when it arrived I was so amazed at the high-quality of this product.
It is absolutely beautiful and I will use this company for future purchases.

Do not purchase from this company unless you want to throw away your money. This is a company from China. The quality is horrible. Sizing is wrong. And there is no returning. They will not return your money. You have to ship back to China which costs from 60 to 100 US dollars, depending on how heavy the item is. And then they will only determine if they will refund, it is no guarantee. DONT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.
