I purchased a nightie (Cheomsang, straight cut with 3 buttons at the side top) which I wanted to take on holiday with me it took 10 days for delivery but to be fair after I emailed them they dispatched quickly but china’s a long way away so it arrived a day too late. I ❤️ the item. Gorgeously made, soft fabric & beautiful print & colour. My only criticism is the sizing. I ordered XL because I’m a UK 16/ 38F cup & I thought it’d fit loosely around my bust according to the size chart. It fits (just) around the bust & is therefore snug on my back too. I haven’t washed it yet so if it shrinks it’s going to need inserts! I would love to buy a couple more but I think I’m too curvy “Tang” rather than slender “Han” for this product and their sizing for Western women. Definitely order a size up if you can. An XL is UK 14/16 at best.

Very pretty and well made robe. I got the green one with red inside. With just a little more work, this could be a reversible robe, but it is not. The shipping was a bit slow and that tracking system was not great. It just showed up one day.

My experience was positive.
I orered 3 throws which I expected to be beidge, the colour was more peach. I wrote to the team and asked for a return address. They offered me discounts which I didn't accept. Finally the sent me the return address. It took awhile but I got in touch giving my tracking number. I told them I'd be happy with a replacement of equal value. I picked a nice quality bedspread and it arrived with express post within a week. I was pleasently surprised

I was unhappy with the bedspread I ordered. The fabric was cheap and very drab. I contacted the company to return it. It had been shipped from a distribution center in Florida. When I asked to return it they sent a 5 line address in China. The post office said to return it the cost was $98. That $98 isn’t refundable. So you can’t return their items. It is a scam. Beware

I ordered a pijama in size L from the ownkoti.com site, but what I got was definitely not large, or even medium. It was much smaller than one would expect from a regular Large size.

Ownkoti have been fantastic. I contacted them to check on delivery times as needed our very beautiful robes for a holiday. They were extremely quick to reply, very kind and my order arrived in very good time.

I bought a pair of pyjamas and a nonslip foldable rug, which did arrive folded.
The items arrived in good condition after about 2-3 weeks to Australia. Both items are exactly as described on their website. The rug is soft on the front and has a pretty pattern at the back on the rubberized? nonslip material. It is light for its size so it's easy for me to move around the house. The pyjamas is a size M and suits 170cm tall and slim female. It's a pity the rug wasn't rolled up before being wrapped for shipping, instead of being folded. That would eliminate the fold lines which I hope will smooth out in time. Thank you.

Gorgeous rug.. absolutely perfect for me, as I am a wheelchair user and the rug is so thin I can glide over it without feeling a bump..
It is really soft to the touch and now my little dog likes to lie on it..
I wouldn't hesitate in using this site again.

I LOVE their products. I first bought a "blanket" for my king bed. In the winter, i moved it to the guest room as a bedspread because I needed my electric blanket. once it was on the guest bed (queen) it just took my breath away every time I saw it. so, it stayed there. and everyone who sees it is just overcome by how beautiful it is. I have ordered several of their blankets, duvet covers and spreads and they are all GORGEOUS! don't hesitate to order one. if you want to use a blanket as a spread, order the next size up.

Lovely fabrics and a wide choice available. I bought both sales items and full-priced items and was equally pleased. I anticipated the pajamas might be smaller, so ordered a size up and they fit just right .

I received a beautiful pink and gray floral blanket and I am in love. It is so beautiful as it is the absolute perfect weight. I am looking forward to snuggling in it this fall and winter. Good job Ownkoti.

The designs and choice of color combinations are so special in Ownkoti fabrics. I am a painter and just love decorating my room with these works of art -gorgeous stuff!

I bought a beautiful King-size bedspread from Ownkoti.com. It is layers of cotton gauze, which is my favorite fabric for bedding!

All of their designs are lovely. I sent the link to my kids and to all of my friends. I also bought several pairs of pajamas and gave them as Christmas and birthday presents. Prices are very reasonable.

I've been seeing ads on Facebook for their pajamas and the material looks lovely. Finally bought a pair at 80% off. The shipping however was $9. Package arrive fairly quickly, given that they came from China. Warning and big disappointment, these are Asian sized. I bought an XL, liking roomy PJ's and they're really more like a Small-to-medium. Shipping is so expensive, I'll be passing these on to someone rather than trying to return them. Their return policy looks like it has many provisions that would prevent an actual refund.
Edit 8/1/25. I’ve considered what to do about the latest interaction. I think I’ll forego the refund to give you all a heads up about the shady practices of this company. They contacted me by email to offer a refund IF I REMOVE MY REVIEW. The original review wasn’t bad (3/5), mainly a warning about sizing, but this is unethical.

This company has a terrible return policy, they will bribe you to keep the product and if you want to exchange for a different size, YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP PRODUCT BACK. Do not purchase from this company!

I purchased a pair of slippers not really knowing what to expect. I was very happily surprised when they came through I had ordered a size too large for me. They promptly sent me a new pair that was smaller with out any hassle. Customer service was very polite and kind, I highly recommend purchasing from them.

I bought about 6 pairs of pajamas and loungewear pajamas. The material is great and I got one pair that was too small and they promptly sent me a larger size. I love the pajamas and I will be ordering more

Taking into account the caution on the website, I ordered pajamas in size large. I normally wear a small, although I often buy pajamas in medium to ensure roomy fit.

I had low expectations for a variety of reasons, but because I loved the pattern on the gingko material, I took a chance. The quality was much higher than I expected, the fit is excellent, and the order arrived more quickly than I thought it would.

I can't speak to any other products or what returns would be like, but I recently ordered a few more pajamas from ownkoti.

Things to know that would have made a difference:

False advertising. Product from China not France

Lyocell has a feel and texture like nylon or shiny slick polyester a Halloween costume would be made out of, not a fabric like spun rayon or Twncel.

The so called coverlet is sewn like a bed blanket with a single flap hem on one end. Unlike a bedcover where all the edges have a finished quality.

The pillow cases likewise have two edges - one long and one short- they are not finished all the way around. They are shown as decorative top of the bed pillowcases but are just plain weird.

The texture is so peculiar I cannot imagine what I will use the sheet for. It is slippery and they offered a single sheet only. An altogether bizarre experience. I would not recommend anything from this company. They have extensive advertising with photography that suggests something other than what is delivered.
