AI Pack, I paid, I loose My Money

I bought a AI pack, First Day logged Only Grok AI, Its Works Good, But 2nd day, Its Logged out and Password was Incorrect. I contact oxaam, They reply after 2 days later and give me only grok account. There's no ChatGPT, CludeAI, Gemini Pro, I asked them, There's no reply for it, And Gave me New Grok Loggins its worked fine. But Next day its logged out and Password is wrong. Now I asking for all, But no one reply. Even I asked Refund, No one reply.

Poor Service

I bought the Claude plan from them before purchasing; they told me it was the private Claude Max plan with up to 20x usage. After buying it, I got the regular Claude Pro plan, which was fine at the time. But the problem is, it's a shared account with four other people. Damn, bro, even without using it much, I'm hitting the limits. I told them about the issue. Guess what they said? "We shared your problem with our technical team. Thank you for using our service." Nice. Customer support time: if you haven't purchased any services from them, they reply within a minute; if you have, they start ignoring you. That reply time will be increased to 24 hours.

We do not even sell Claude Pro accounts. We only offer the 5x and 20x plans, and those are activated directly on the customer’s email. So the claims you are making are completely false. After purchasing the Oxaam Claude Max…

After purchasing the Oxaam Claude Max 3-month plan, everything seemed fine at first. However, after about a week, constant interruptions started happening.

So far, I’ve been blocked from using Claude multiple times. Each time, I have to contact support, send screenshots, and wait for a response. Their usual reply is:

“Refresh after a few hours — it should be fixed. We’ve informed the technical team, and they said it will take a few hours.”

Unfortunately, this has become a daily occurrence. Almost every single day, I face the same issue, and it often takes hours before everything works smoothly again.

I really hope they are working on this problem and will fix it as soon as possible . Beside the problem that I mentioned their service is good and authentic and they deliver .
