I bought Pokemon cards on their site…

I bought Pokemon cards on their site and I received an email with an order number however when I entered the number to track it, it said invalid number. Also, they market themselves as a shop in Oklahoma USA but when I look at the details of the billing, apparently the company is in Spain. Although there are 2 emails as contact, nobody answered 2 emails I sent. It has been 4 days and no reply. My next step would be reporting it to my credit card company.
