My return parcel went missing in post. At no time did the staff doubt that I sent it even though I didn’t have the receipt . After two weeks it finally turned up and they informed me by email in a timely fashion. I was so relieved. The staff I dealt with were extremely helpful.

Very poor customer service, consistent lies, have taken my money and won’t issue a refund.
I purchased a number of items and all arrived without issue. I returned 4 items from the order nearly 2 months ago and only 3 have been refunded. I have gone back and forth with customer service for the past two months trying to get the 4th item refunded. Despite providing them with copies of my credit card statements they kept insisting that the refund had been processed.
They then contacted me to say that the 4th item could not be refunded because my credit card had expired.
Three items were refunded without issue but the 4th which was supposedly refunded on a much earlier date could not be refunded because my credit card had expired.
This makes no sense, how could three items be refunded on 13th March and the remaining item not be refunded on 6th March if my credit card had expired?
They then contacted me over a month ago (2nd April) to say that they would issue a cheque within 3-7 days with the refund but to date I’ve received nothing.
Items arrived okay but awful customer service, like talking to a brick wall, nothing but lies and obfuscation and my money taken.
At this point I think the only course of action is a credit card charge back or the small claims court.
Buyer beware!

Update on an order
I requested an update on an order I had placed and I got a reply very shortly afterwards. My query was resolved within 2 emails and Estrella was very pleasant to deal with.
However, the order had cancelled without my knowledge and I did receive a refund but no explanation as to why it was cancelled.

Absolute joke. Never buy from this online retailer. If you have to return something you will never get your money back and if you try to contact them you will have no luck what so even. Avoid buying from this website. Not safe at all in my experience

Would give no stars if I could
Would give no stars if I could. Ordered shoes off them twice and had to return them. The returns proceedure is a joke, they dont even know when they receive returns. I ennded up having to chase them about both returns. They stopped responding to emails to help resolve the issue. I would not order from them again, happy to take your money but no help after that. Even when they have recieved the returned items
