Environmentally friendly packaging, dispatch, and communications were all great. TOBC did give my email address to a review website without my permission, which is why this is four stars instead of five.

I discovered this beautiful shop while searching for natural cleaning products, and I’m so glad I did. Not only are the items made with natural materials, but they’re also beautifully designed and of outstanding quality. The online shopping experience was excellent—swift delivery and clear updates throughout the process. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning to purchase more, especially for unique and thoughtful gifts. Thank you!

I was visiting Burford this weekend and stumbled across this unique little shop and just had to pop in for a look. The gentleman working was fantastic, really knowledgeable and very fun to chat to. He really knew his stuff and I left with multiple new brushes.
Fab little gem of a shop, and the brushes are such good quality. Will definitely be ordering more for gifts.

I visited the lovely high street of Burford in August and found an extremely unique but useful shop in 'The Oxford Brush Company'. The shop was stocked full of useful brushes & items all made with natural eco friendly materials.

The range carried from firm bristle traditional nail brushes, to outdoor dustpan and brushes and even shaving brushes. It was great to find a company that clearly focuses on providing the highest quality of products. The staff member was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the products on offer. I purchased a vegetable brush, a nailbrush and a feather duster during my visit and I will definitely be visiting again.

I recommend this shop to anyone visiting the area, you will not be disappointed!

Really disappointing products. Bought a couple of nail brushes.

Brushes are less than a month old and have only been used a couple of times. Colouring from the wood or bristles leaves stains on the sink and surface.

They just arn’t quality really disappointed and don’t think I will be buying from here again.

The products from this shop are fine, but customer service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a couple of brushes in October 2020 which were not well packaged and fell through the packaging en route to me. When I complained I was given only a partial refund via PayPal and the company itself entirely failed to engage with the issue.

I had originally given the company a one star rating, after I received terrible customer service from a member of staff regarding the original product I received. Following my initial post on here and complaint via email, I received a call from another member of customer service team a few days later who was extremely kind and wanted to resolve my issue. He said he would speak to the 'rude' member of staff concerned and would hope that no one would receive this sort of treatment in the future from their company. He very kindly exchanged the vegan Tampico fibre brush for a wooden pinned hairbrush at no extra cost to me as well as organising and paying for the returns of the item that was faulty. Due to the positive response, I have now changed the rating to 4 stars.

I would much prefer to support smaller, independent businesses rather than huge conglomerates!!!

I wanted to update my experience as a positive one after the customer service's staff involvement but felt extremely aggrieved by my original treatment from the unhelpful member of staff.

I purchased online, the vegan hairbrush with Tampico fibre online recently and found it wasn't effective in brushing my hair. It literally brushed over the top of my hair!

I called the shop and spoke to one of their assistant's who told me that their staff were unavailable to deal with their online queries. I explained about the brush and the assistant told me that I couldn't return it as she couldn't sell it on as I had used it. She told me that I would need to purchase a plastic brush (as I explained that I couldn't use animal hair brushes) from a pharmacy! She also stated that I was the first person to complain about the brush and that a number of people had bought the brush that day and they had never had any complaints about it. I was in mid-flow trying to talk to her to find a solution to this problem and she just put the phone down on me!

Basically, I am left with a product that does not function, and am extremely unsatisfied with the outcome. Although It cost £13.95 I would have thought that a brush would have some sort of functional use to brush one's hair?

I wouldn't recommend this company for their customer service skills, rudeness and no accommodation for resolving the issue. As a customer, I certainly wasn't King!
Oh well, never mind!
