I purchased silver coins for the first time. Since I knew very little about what I wanted, Matt did a great job of explaining the different options. He patiently answered all of my questions. It was a good experience and I plan on making more purchasing in the future.

The Oxford Gold Group has been a total pleasure to work with .
From the very first time I called , one of the three managing parters Ped answered the phone ! In a world of call centers overseas and customer service reps who have no vested interest or worse - an answering machine with multiple prompts ; Ped walked me through an easy process of totally converting my traditional 401-K to a self directed IRA . This allowed 100 % of all funds to rollover into this financial institution.
I then had The Oxford Gold Group expedite the forms and purchasing my precious metal went flawlessly and effortlessly !
Everything is clearly documented and not at all intimidating .

Only shortcoming in dealing with Oxford is the length of time it takes to physically receive the product.

Pierre Kim, a Senior Account manager, called the next day and he guided, informed, and listened. Not a sales pitch, which was a nice change, but as a financial adviser who put my needs before a “commission”.
