Wrong size Charles Smith Leather Belt
Ordered a size 42 Charles Smith Leather Belt through Amazon at an excellent promotion price of £11. Although labelled 42, the belt sent was size 44 (I had also ordered a size 44 and both belts were the same size). Called Ibex England (who had placed the wrong size tag on the item) to be told it could not help as it did not deal with retail customers. Called Amazon who said I could return the wrongly size belt and get a refund of £11 and that I could order another size 42 belt. BUT when I tried to do this today, the price is £21.99 and not £11. I am not impressed.
