I ordered the backpack carrier for the Inogen and did not give it one thought about the size of it. I was NOT informed that there was a limited body size. I ordered it for a 6ft. 4in gentleman and it was too small. He could not get it on even with all the straps extended to the limit. I was very disappointed to find that I would have a 20% restocking fee deducted, plus had to pay postage on top of that. I ended having to pay almost half the cost of the $100 item out of pocket even though it was returned unused and in original packaging. I was really disappointed that I WAS NOT TOLD OR ASKED ABOUT SIZING.

Will not recommend. I am a nurse and work with patients that need oxygen but won’t give company name. It is advertised that a
buy back would be offered. We owned for less than 2 months when my husband passed. I contacted your company via phone and email and to this date no one ever responded.

Clark was so helpful in me making a decision on the machine I needed. I had talked with other company's and the just wanted me to buy their machines. Clark never lied to me and was very informative.

My machine was working great(refurbished) for about 5 months then it stopped working. The people at Oxi sent me a replacement within 3 days . Awesome service awesome company

After a severe COPD attack requiring hospital treatment, oxygen was prescribed and required for discharge. A large machine was purchased locally. After a day or two house fever set in but I couldn't get more than 50' from the machine. I searched the web for different portable machines. OxiMed came through with a great price and overnight shipping. Now I'm able to get out and about.

Really nice people and gave me a great price on what I was looking for and gave us valuable information about the machine we purchased. If I needed anything they have that's where I would go is to them.

I bought an Inogen G5 portable concentrator from OxiMedical. I am updating my review to reflect the service of OxiMedical rather than the product. I did get great service before and after the purchase. The technical service agent Amy has been a great help and is very responsive. I highly recommend OxiMedical.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Robert Lee. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the purchase experience. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions honestly and completely.
These folks were always ready to help with any and all after sale questions. I always got my questions answered by whomever answered the phone if Robert was unavailable.
A big plus was the ability to negotiate a fair and honest purchase price for all involved. It truly was a win-win for both parties. Looking forward to many years of doing business with OxiMedical.....

The service was very quick and discussions with staff were excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable. The first machine I received was defective, and they helped diagnose the problem over the phone, concluded the machine was faulty, and immediately sent a new machine with pre-paid return label. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because one of the accessories I ordered wasn't in the box and I had to call to get it sent.
The machine, an Eclipse 5, has been excellent and works just as the staff said it would.

I have an oxygen producing machine that my mother-in-law used in 2014 before she died. While it is not a 'ventilatior' it is more than having nothing at all should its use be necessary. The air-delivery tubing was missing from the unit. I call the telephone number from the operating manual and left a message. I expected to receive a return call in a couple of days since the Covid-19 pandemic was at its heighth at that time. However, within one hour I was called by Mr. Castro (I believe) who's office is in the Villages in Florida. This was a Friday afternoon and he just arrived at his home from his office but called me back anyway. He explained what I needed placed the order. I received the equipment on the following Monday. The price, service and staffing were terrific. I was totally impressed!

Very pleased with the whole process, from customer service to ordering the right equipment to quick delivery. Any questions or concerns were answered in a confident professional manner, directing me to the correct piece of equipment or my needs. The oxygen machine is easy to use and gave me the confidence to be mobile again. I would recommend OxiMedical Respiratory to any of my friends, in fact, I already have!

Easy financing, good delivery. But had problems when I called for some set up help.

Respirator has some hidden issues that i wasn't aware of until i purchased it

My purchase of the Inogen went flawlessly. I received the product with discounts (price match or lower) per competitor advertisements. I received the unit on time and they bought my damaged Inogen for $500 (quickly) post sale which I used to "purchase" an additional battery, filter, and extended warranty. This is an honest, reputable business and I highly recommend Oximedical. Very professional business!
