Ordered two domains and setup was quick decided to use the hosting later in the week which setup was also quick.

Speed tests seem to be good and still getting use to the website builder but happy with everything so far thanks for your help will recommend

Customer support was decent, responding to my questions in a reasonable amount of time, though I felt they could have been a bit more proactive in offering guidance during the process. The domain transfer went smoothly, and the pricing is competitive.

Decided to make the switch to these for about 6 domains of mine. Transfer took 7 days which seems the normal time scale and support has been excellent during the entire process the pricing seems fair and will look to try their hosting options when I get the time to organise!

Service was smooth for me and worked as i wanted will be moving some more domains over soon paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

I have been with them for 5 years and in the past year I have had endless problems. From paying for domain renewals and they not being done cause sites to go offline. No response to emails or support tickets. Shared servers being overloaded to the point sites couldn’t function. Email issues because he allows mass spammers to use the servers. I am trying to move my business away and the guy Paul Owens/Oxby is effectively holding domains and won’t release them claiming he doesn’t care and he’s sold the business. He is a reseller and has no servers or business. There is only Paul there so the reviews below are fake about other staff. I have paid this guy a lot of money over the years and he has resorted to ripping me off and ruining parts of my business.

I have reported all his actions to the regulators and the company he is a reseller for. I have proof of all of this and won’t hesitate to post online if need be.

They have replied below saying that I have the wrong company which is odd given the invoices I have from them all state they are from Oxnames/Hostox. I had to make several chargebacks with my bank for charges they made against my card, claimed to have refunded and never did. They have also now locked me out of my account on their site so that I can not recover any domains still held with them.

This is the company they claimed to be on my communications and the company reg number on their invoices 12966712 (as registered on Companies House) and 12987184

Hostox and Oxnames are the same company both owned by Paul Ownes or Paul Oxby as he sometimes calls himself online both are registered to the same address at 128 Saltergate, Chesterfield, England, S40 1NG
