Very responsive - withdrawal in 24 hrs
I have used other brokers, and by far and away, the best one is Ox. It was a little difficult to get an account based where I'm at, but I easily made multiple deposits of $20,000, which typically is the easy part, but I was more concerned about getting my money OUT because I've had other brokerages that took almost three or four weeks to get my money back to me.
I did a $20,000 trial withdrawal with Ox and they had it in my Chase account almost within twenty four hours of requesting it. So I can vouch for the great customer service every step of the way (they reply within minutes) and for deposits going in and withdrawals (even big ones) coming out quickly and stress free.

Unbelievable bureaucracy just to make deposits
I am a recently new customer of Ox Securities so haven’t experienced the withdrawal issues that many seem to mention. My issues relate to their deposit process which seems to favour heavy bureaucracy in an attempt to hang onto funds for their own benefit. Firstly, after making a deposit using Osko I have had to wait up to four days even though their website says 0-1 day and I followed up daily. Secondly, I am being asked to confirm the source of funds and provide evidence of the source of the funds including audited financial statements, bank statements confirming the income sources or customer invoices. How ridiculous! This is being demanded for each deposit that I have made and they are holding my deposit funds until I collate and send all of this information. Heads up if you are considering using them. No other broker that I deal with is this bureaucratic.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BROKERAGE
I've been trying to open an account since Nov. 2025. They weren't transparent as to what I needed to submit - they were always vague. So I stopped. When I attempted to try again in May 2026; they denied my application without explanation. I come to find out because they were never properly licensed to take on individuals from the US. I wish they were upfront with me from the beginning instead of wasting my time.
