I purchased 2 x Kentia Palm plants that was delivered with split pots and upon opening the soil went all over my kitchen floor
I have reached out to Oxy Plants on numerous occasions however they don’t have the courtesy to acknowledge my emails - Absolutely Shocking Customer Care

I’ve ordered plant from 70-90cm height, plant arrived 55cm height. Also I’ve ordered a pot , and a pot arrived to big, I’ve asked to exchange to a smaller pot ,and also I’ve asked to send me a right plat which I payed for. Oxy- plants provided contact number on their website, no one answered phone since last week . To much hassle, won’t be ordering again !

I encountered significant challenges with customer service when attempting to address a damaged plant I received. John's responses were dismissive and condescending throughout our communication. Rather than offering a replacement, he attempted to downplay the issue by stating, 'In my professional opinion, it is in good health,' and suggesting that I should be content with the minor damage. Furthermore, I was taken aback when I was informed that I would need to cover the cost of returning the damaged plant. After reminding them of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act, they reluctantly agreed to provide a replacement. Overall, the experience left much to be desired in terms of both product quality and customer service.

Terrible delivery & Communications
After weeks of waiting for the plants with no updates provided. We finally got an email saying they had run out of stock.
This then lead to numerous pointless emails that just delayed things even further including being invoiced us for the out of stock items that we had then cancelled.

We will definitely not be using this company again.

A disaster buying from this store, stay away! The 140 cm plant I ordered plant was delivered to me upside down in a thin cardboard box. I didn't realise it was upside down until I opened the box. Compost all over my brand-new carpet as I just moved in. The plant itself is all lop-sided due to atrocious packing and delivery methods. Contacted the company and was met with an extremely cavalier attitude of, 'We don't give a toss' attitude. If you don't mind compost all over your carpets which despite washing for hours and stains are still there as it's a heavy pile carpet then buy from these robbers. Otherwise, go to a garden centre to see exactly what you are buying. Customer service is absolutely non-existent at this Dell Boy outfit of an online store. To fix this disaster, come take away the shambles of a plant you sent me upside down and replace it with what I paid for. The plants look like they have been stolen from the local park. I tried to work with this mob to find a solution but they were simply not interested as they already had my money. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews because it's the same pattern as my experience with other customers who have been scammed and robbed and zero customer service. Absolutely disgraceful! The company is an absolute scam!

Avoid. Placed order had no email confirmation after days I've searched social media this company hides comments about being a scam and Instagram is allowing it.
I'll have to contact my bank today about this. Thieving bar-stewards.

Very good service, the flower pot was very well packaged, arrived quickly.

So to update the refund hasn’t come after a week even though he said it was on its way.No communication after that.doesn’t answer phone ignores emails.so I have to wait another two weeks for PayPal to refund.Stay away from this place.Dont buy from him!!!

I paid extra £19.99 for 70-90cm tall plant. I received a plant just under 50cm, which was £19.99 cheaper on web site. Now they refuse to answer my emails, No signs of a refund, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Excellent. I was nervous buying from Oxy-Plants, given the mixed reviews but they were fantastic. I ordered a pot, arrived promptly, and fantastically wrapped in protective bubble wrap. Item arrived in perfect condition. I would order pots from them again. One downside - I tried calling them a few times before placing the order but no-one picked up or returned my calls.

My plants arrived battered due to the delivery company not taking care even though it clearly stated on the box fragile. When I reach out to Oxy- Plant, John was super helpful in getting this resolved. Thank you John

The plant arrived in extremely poor condition due to the terrible packaging. Most of soil had fallen out, the leaves were crushed and branches broken. I reached out for a return to the seller with photos, and instead of giving me a full return, they said they can offer a partial return of the delivery price. This is not what I asked for, and since then they have not responded to three of my emails. Completely fraudulent website.

AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE!!

received my order today; having spent almost £300 i was expecting some very good quality plants HOWEVER they arrived all shoved into one tall box, leaves broken, soil everywhere and pots cracked. I have tried to call the company over 10 times in the last 2 hours and NO ANSWER!!!!! BEWARE WASTING YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. EVERYTHING FROM SERVICE, TO QUALITY TO BASIC DELIVERY IS AWFUL!!!

My “Money Tree” arrived on time & in great shape. I plan to re-pot in a couple of weeks before putting the plant into the summerhouse, when hopefully the weather in Aberdeen has improved!🤞🏼 I will definitely be using Oxy-Plants again.

Very disappointed. Wanted to order some plants an website kept playing up. Then received 2 emails from them asking me to come back and each time offered ma 2 discount codes as a bribe. Trie again and discovered neither code was accepted. Then eventually communicated with a real human being and was told that the discount codes don't work with the type of plans I wanted to buy. I asked them why they sent the codes if they knew they wouldn't work?! Trades description have been notified on false representation.

Shipping was fast.
Bird of paradise was packed into a box at least a foot too small and leaves were badly bent and torn, stalk on the biggest branch was bent and almost snapped.
The snake plant has also seen better days.

Sent photos to the fb chat and was told to email customer service. Emailed 3 times over the course of 10days with no response.
Messaged the fb chat again to say email not responding and was met with a very blunt response saying to email… well yeah I’ve tried that several times.

Obviously zero customer service or care.
I spent nearly £100 for 2 badly damaged plants.

I’m now looking into trading standards etc.

Please avoid this company, use HouseplantUK instead. They are amazing and responsive.

This is the first time that I thought to help a family business but I do regret, I did buy plants for £60,99 and they send me plant that worth £27 and not my order . Have been calling and emailing but not responding.I made an official report and happy that someone will go and investigate this place as they are stilling people money.Looking forward to hear from police and other team and I want this company shut .Also I will find them and make them pay what they own me . This happened when they try to fool people .Disgusting Disgraceful behaviour happy that this will be shut soon .

so it is called long stern Bamboo approxi 70 cm while the ones i have received today barely 50cm! Disgusting and waste of my time !
