Terrible customer service and awful returns procedure.

I have had a terrible time with this company also.
The item I ordered arrived quickly, so I will give them that.
However, some detrimental studies for the product came through after and I realised it could be damaging to use this.
Their customer service was not what I expected from the start and felt them antagonistic. After we agreed the item could be returned, that there would not be a restocking fee. I was told to use their returns portal. Which seems an unnecessary way of doing things as it was.
I got the RMA they wanted and paid for the tracked postage as I feared they'd pretend loss due to the way they talked. On trying to add the tracking number the portal failed and I watched I just watched it spin constantly. I waited for around 10 minutes. Tried again only to have the same thing occur. I emailed them with a screenshot and received no further reply. I also asked would they refund the postage what with having to pay for the return but no reply. I did not take the 10% discount offered either which would have been more than the postage they charged. So in effect a benefit to them. They did not respond.
So, I emailed Royal Mail confirmation of the collection, in transit and the confirmed delivery. They did not respond.
I decided that I should open a PayPal query as worried they would not refund do to the issues with the portal.
Again, they have acted like it is my fault rather than recognising they have a technical fault. Now are making me wait longer for the refund claiming PayPal delays it. It doesn't, you just click through the buttons to allow the refund to process, PayPal make it very easy.
They make all these excuses over item need to be checked and booked back in. Which again isn't a difficult process and doesn't take long. There was also an excessive amount of packaging for such a small item.
I wouldn't want to shop here again.

Excellent service

I am very pleased to have just received my order from Oxyhealth. Next day delivery by DPD and kept informed at all times.
Customer service is very good. Prompt and helpful response to email.

I think some of these poor reviews are for a different company as they are clearly not for Oxyhealth.
My experience has been great from start to finish with a next day delivery on Christmas Eve. Thank you Oxyhealth.

Love the products from Oxyhealth

Love the products from Oxyhealth. Yes, they may more expensive that purchasing equivalents from other sources, but you get the purest version of the product without the caking agents etc. This company is the UK supplier of Dr Edward Groups Global Health products and his stuff is second to none. I am sorry to see that people have experienced problems, but I never have. Stay well. XX

Very expensive bad choice

Not given full & accurate information before renting. Even worse, I was given information that made my condition much worse & set me back 5 months in my concussion recovery. I was told to do twice a days, 4 hours apart. after 5 session, my symptoms were so bad I had to stay out of it for 10 days and spent over $100 in antioxidants to try to stabilize my relapse, upon advise of MD. So now I have the chamber for two more weeks and that won;t be enough to get the results I thought I would see. Not sure I will get back top my baseline before starting. It's essentially a very expensive error on my part. If you are older, this is not an easy thing to get in or out of. I've strained my knee and my neck costing me more money spent at the chiropractor. Arthritic fingers make it very hard to get out of. Not adequate screening and very harmful guidance. Think more than twice. They have great sales people pushing how great these are, but not good at guiding one. Also...had to duct tape some of the metal components because the screws are stripped, and 2 were missing. Cari's big folly.

Avoid Oxyhealth at all costs

I purchased Detoxadine from Oxyhealth, I took the recommended dose and over the span of a few months, this gave me hypothyroidism. My hair was falling out, I was completely exhausted, it took 6 months to recover my energy levels and I'm still waiting for my hair to grow back fully. I informed Oxyhealth about this adverse 'event' and they ignored it. I posted a review about my experience on reviews.io. Oxyhealth denied that I had been in contact with them and asked reviews.io to take down my review. reviews.io did not contact me to check whether this was true and it wasn't until I chased them and shared proof that I had told Oxyhealth and that they had actually left me hanging with their response of 'I will escalate your issue to Global Healing to see what their health specialists have to say on the matter.' I never heard anything further on the matter from Oxyhealth. For a company selling products to support people's health, they sure take lightly the fact that it severely damaged my health. Instead of showing concern for my wellbeing, they accused me of lying.

Extra charge, worst shipping

Since the first day my order was shipped it was impossible to track it so I did'nt know when my order will be delivery. The shipping took about 15 day (UK-Italy) and I'm really disappointed becouse Oxyhealth didn't informed me I had to pay un extra-charge of 15 euro (paid chash on the delivery).
I hope the products are better than the service.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Sent my chamber in with a 6-week estimate on repairs. Cost of shipping was close to $200. 8 weeks later no one had called or emailed me. I emailed them and they said they would check with the repair shop, but no one ever got back to me (Trevor). Another month went by and I called them. They said there was a note from the repair shop that the chamber was not repairable, even though initially I had been told it would be repaired based on what was broken and the fact that I had only had it repaired once (apparently you can only have the chambers repaired twice). How come I am the one calling THEM to find this out. The customer service rep (Jeff) also didn’t understand why it couldn’t be repaired so he told me to call him on Monday (never have I had a large company instruct ME to call THEM regarding a customer service issue). I called him as instructed but he didn’t answer, nor did he return my call. I called again Tuesday and he rudely just repeated what he said Friday, with a stronger and stronger tone. Never any explanation of how my chamber that had only been repaired once is now unrepairable. No offer to refund shipping cost. Then he had the audacity to suggest I buy a new chamber for $7000!!! Never buying from OxyHealth again!
