Poor performance by Oxylians
I have now been a customer with my mutuelle Neoliane for 5 months.
During this period we have had several claims, some which has not been honored by my mutuelle.
My Oxylians representative Mme Roux advised me that she would be there to help throughout the insurance period.
Shortly after I made my first claim I discovered that I was not getting what my mutuelle had estimated before the treatment.
I tried to contact Mme Roux via her number and via email. Dead silence.
She was very keen in the sales effort but have completely disappeared after signing of the contract.
I cannot recommend Oxylians and in particular this individual.
