Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of linen sleeping shorts and a linen sleeping shirt. Before wearing it for the first time I washed everything in cold water. After washing the shirt shrank and started looking like a crop top, which was extremely weird, because the shorts were perfectly fine. I contacted customer service telling them what happened and the made a few ridiculous request. First they asked me for photos of the original box, packaging and tags. Obviously, I threw that out, because everything was fine with my things when they arrived. But I sent them a photo of my shirt where it was clearly visible that it was deformed and tiny. So this time they asked me for a photo of a shirt with a measuring tape visible at this was the point when I just gave up and didn’t want talk to them anymore. They sell poorly made clothes and don’t take responsibility. Just terrible
mixed experience
I have had a very mixed experience of this company. I ordered a lovely dress online that i really wanted. The website was a bit clunky but eventually got the job done. Unfortunately, even though I ordered a Medium (as guided on the website as appropriate for my 14-16 size) the dress was enormous. I took it back to the only UK shop and changed for a Small only to later find that was also enormous. I then had a lot of hassle as the shop had not processed my online purchase as an exchange but a refund and re-sale. I only had the receipt for a refund and the other must have got lost in the confusion of what they did transaction wise. They would not take my credit card proof for an exchange(of the second dress) which was very stressful. I was not looking for a refund but exchange and the proble was all a result of inaccurate information provided by Oysho. There is no way I am a size 8-10 yet even the XS was too big although I have decided to keep it. So it was a very stressful experienceing involving two trips to a store far from home
So the whole experience was a massive hassle but I have to commend the extremely nice manager of the store at Westfield, Whilte City - I think Marie-Angela is her name - who was so kind and helpful. She eventually allowed me to exchange and, even though the XS is still very big, it is a keeper.
Do Not Buy Online - You Will Never Receive It
I ordered six yoga mats for almost 200 Euros.
They never arrived and the online customer service is non-existent. Additionally, the in person customer service in the stores is also no-existent as the people working there refuse to help in any capacity. I also called in the stores before going in person and they don't help nor do they want to. This company is a scam and takes your money without providing a product.
You only can purchase in-store
The clothes are good quality. I purchased about 7 linen tops and pants in Singapore Airport. I really loved them. However in Hong Kong, there is no store and ordering online is impossible and frustrating. I have contacted customer service 3 times and gone as far as to download another browser as apparently you can not buy using Chrome. It simply will not allow you to complete the address and therefore you cant move further in the buying process. They might as well shut down the website as it is a waste of time looking.
Missing refund
I purchased 2 items from oysho and immediately returned both of them as their sizes were not good for me. Despite chasing several times Oysho refunded me only for 1 item.. Disgraceful company, I won't use them going forward
We order something on 31st may
We order something on 31st may, had been trying to email to find out when it will be delivered was told 6 days last Wednesday, tracking then changed yesterday 22/6 saying it has been delivered when it has not. Says delivered at 5.29pm, but this was updated to delivered 2pm, tried to email with no reply from anyone, disappointed ☹️ I want my £80 refund but can’t get hold of anyone!!!
Cute clothes, rubbish service
Cute clothes, shame about the staff (Cannes boutique). They clearly have far more important things to do than look after the customers (sorry I disturbed you, girls!)
AVOID
AVOID, I placed an order which Evri have now lost and OYSHO won’t send out replacements. They said they need to wait for confirmation from Evri first however I ordered these clothes for a holiday and I am leaving in 2 days, they still won’t send replacements even though, if the parcel is found, they can easily have this returned to them.
Easy returns, nice products
I’ve ordered from oysho multiple times and always had a good experience. I normally buy in the sale. Returns are very easy and swimwear and sportswear super nice. I’ve had a few items that are very oversized which wasn’t clear from the description but the return process was easy anyway
I held off purchasing from Oysho for…
I held off purchasing from Oysho for ages due to the bad reviews but a friend said they were fine so I took the risk as everything looked great and so well priced. I’ve ordered twice now and both orders have arrived within 2/3 days - super fast. All products have been really lovely! The modal joggers are amazing- so comfortable and actually flattering. I haven’t needed to return anything so can’t rate that but I don’t think they deserve such terrible reviews!
Fraudulent E-commerce
Fraudulent E-commerce. I need some explanations from the company because I don't understand where my order went. I see a transaction from "hhoutlets com hong khong", with the same amount i was purchasing from Oysho web site, but I didn't get any confirmation email.
Bad customer service on the chat, good over the phone.
Bad customer service on the chat!
Good service over the phone.
50€ Pants ripped on 2nd use
50€ Pants ripped on 2nd use. Contacted the company as something like this never happened to me and they did not agree to refund. I wonder why they have such a high price point for such bad quality as they admit that the item was not faulty - but how can it break on the second use?
I loved the brand but after this mistreatment I will never buy from them again and will definitely discourage anyone from spending their money on anything from oysho as there is no customer protection at all and it has shown how bad quality it is
Appalling lack of accountability
I received an item with a security tag on it over a week ago. Despite 2 calls and 3 emails I am no further forward. The products are great - the customer service is the worst I have experienced. I feel sorry for the agents as the system clearly doesn't work - The item is now out of stock and the only way I can resolve the situation is to go to Zara and have the tag removed.....but Oysho have to authorise that and to date they haven't and can't do anything "until they hear back from another department". Dreadful - I will never purchase anything with them again. If I could go them a 0 I would!
i’ve never had as bad of customer…
i’ve never had as bad of customer service as with oysho. 30 days plus and no solutions. i will never be purchasing anything from them again, no care for customers at all.
Awful Service. You have been warned
I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing anything from them. They shipped it with the wrong address. Yodel is searching for it. They’ll refund me only if Yodel sends it back. I mean how is that my fault. Customer service at Oyosho, was awful. When I asked for support person’s name she replied with !!! So rude. I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Not worth the hassle.
The worst customer services I have ever…
The worst customer services I have ever experienced. I paid for next day delivery and a week later the order still hasn't arrived. I keep getting told someone will be in contact with me - which has not happened. I then asked to cancel the order and they said they can't do that. I will never buy anything from them again.
terrible experience
I bought some items. They actually don't look like they do in the pictures and are completely different from what i ordered. I have been waiting 2 hours to connect to an agent as I can not see those items in my returns tab and can't make the return. I had very high expectations based on the product photography but this company is a huge let down and I will never be buying from them again. Better go to HM.
My parcel has never arrived
My parcel has never arrived, the courier has sent me a photo of someone else`s door saying it`s been left outside however it wasn`t my door (no door number in the photo) and when I looked around the block and asked neighbours it was no where to be seen. Since beginning of July I have been calling Oysho daily to ask for an update as the stuff I ordered are no longer in stock so I am trying to get my money back via refund and they have been nothing but a pain to speak to! Every time I call they tell me that the issue have been passed to a different department to be dealt with and that specific department is not responding. (Which initially I was told that it would be 2-3 working days to resolve). It has been nearly a month now that Oysho is keeping my money for the items that them and their courier partners have failed to deliver. Not being able to receive any clear information, decision or a dead line for a refund is very frustrating and I am now feeling that they are simply stealing my money off me. Worst customer service I ever had to deal with. I would avoid going forward.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered online and they left the security tag on the trousers. I sent a picture. I was asked if I wanted a replacement and I said yes. I was told that it would be forwarded to the relevant department and I needed to wait 4 days for an email. For what? The evidence was all there. Their mistake. 4 days later I contact them again. “Oh it was authorised” they said. 4 days to issue authorisation to return an item that their shipping department left the tag on. Give me a break. I certainly don’t need authorisation to return an item without a security tag… what a joke. So I ask about the replacement status and they say: “it’s out of stock”. It wasn’t when I spoke to them 4 days earlier. The incompetence is staggering. Never again.
