Dear Payal Gaming,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry for the frustrating experience you had and the confusion surrounding your orders. We have thoroughly reviewed the situation, and we would like to clarify what happened.
The ₹0 price you saw on our business hosting plan was a technical error that occurred while our website was undergoing development. It was never intended to be a live offer. We acknowledge that this was our mistake, and we apologize for the confusion it caused.
As a gesture of goodwill, we initially processed your first one-month order despite the pricing error and provided you with the account details. At that time, we also informed you that the price was a mistake due to the ongoing site maintenance.
The situation, however, escalated beyond the pricing issue. Our server monitoring systems detected that the account was performing actions that are in critical violation of our Terms of Service and Fair Use Policy. Specifically, a script (cron job) was set up to generate extremely large archive files every minute. This activity consumed over 80% of the server's disk space in a very short time, posing a direct and immediate threat to the server's stability and affecting all other customers on that server.
Protecting the integrity of our infrastructure for all our users is our highest priority. Before taking action, we attempted to contact you via the phone number provided on your account to resolve the issue, but we were unsuccessful in reaching you. Due to the critical nature of the resource abuse and the potential for service disruption for other clients, we had to make the difficult decision to suspend and ultimately terminate the account as per our terms. The removal of data is a standard part of an account termination process.
We are not a fraudulent company, and we take pride in providing a stable and reliable service. The actions we took were necessary to prevent a system-wide failure caused by the account's activity.
We understand this is not the outcome you wanted. We are still willing to stand by our offer of providing you with **one month of free hosting**, with the understanding that the service must be used in accordance with our Terms of Service, which all our customers agree to.
We are sorry for the initial error on our part and hope this explanation provides clarity on why we had to take such serious action.
We are attached some screenshots i hope it will useful. https://mega.nz/folder/bqQCjRYI#GT9LWwSJPUhSSMqUHtohgA
