Hi I just want to say that I went to this place which was recommended by Rachel a girl I saw online who specialises in Hair pigmentation . Originally I was ment to see her but she lived to far for me but she told me about this friend wish I never went nightmare. I went along with it was in Romford to me it looked like someone's house when I went I met a lady called Bobbi she seamed nice she never asked me once how dark or light I wanted it done and I read on net first session is about 2-5 hours . So she went through the medical and I signed she never explained that it was a light session she started. She asked me can I see the dot in the back I said no she said that is not the answer I'm looking for. She started and I felt uncomfortable as the bed was more like a hospital bed very uncomfortable. Anyways cut story short I was very unhappy with it so I said to her why can't I see some results she said it's first session and u wont but took my £300 pounds for 1.45 min work which was crap. I have tried to get my money back but they have threaten me saying they will sue me for slander it's not slander this company has ripped me off bigtime I'm not happy since this horrer I have been to specialist hair pigmentation and they are so nice and friendly and have told me that if I don't like it after 3 sessions I can get my money back shame all company's can't be like theirs as you must avoid this company as they will rip you off and management team are rude and arrogant and has not called to say sorry for a crap service but have taken my money Avoid!!! At all costs
