SCAM. There is a 50/50 chance you'll receive the dress (I did, which is more than a lot of other reviews I read said) but I need to return it and they have no customer service. Their website says they do, but the email address they give doesn't exist. You get an email back saying "email cannot be delivered". Honestly, just avoid this site altogether.
If able I would give zero stars. I ordered a dress for a national pageant my daughter was to compete in and never received the dress. There is absolutely no way to get in contact with them either. This site is a scam!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!
Horrible! I ordered a dress and NEVER received it! I emailed SEVERAL times with no reply. A few days ago I got an email saying I had to reply within 48 hours or they would send the product that they never sent. I have responded about 7x and I keep getting an 'unable to deliver' message back! They took my money and sent NO dress!
Terrible!Would give no stars if I could. I never received confirmation of my order. Never received tracking...never even received my order. When I tried to call I got a voice message in a foreign language, and it just hung up. When I tried to use the chat feature, they just left me hanging. When I emailed, my email was rejected. This is very disappointing because we were really excited about the item we ordered.
Ordered September 9 and it’s October 13, no dress!!!! Emailed 5 times no response!!! I lost my money.

I was so thrilled to buy a beautiful gown for a reasonable price and a reasonable timeframe of arrival. Long story short I do not have this dress, but I am down a couple hundred dollars. When I ordered it, they didn't send me any kind of confirmation which made me a little uneasy, and when I tried to get ahold of them I couldn't. I emailed and called and each time I called it directed me to another number.
Ordered a dress and it doesn't fit. I've been emailing them for a week and the emails don't deliver. I received an error message saying, "There was a problem delivering your message to X. See the technical details below." I filled out the online form and haven't heard anything. The phone number is an international number so I haven't called yet. I think I got scammed!
SCAM SITE
Do not order! They claim they ship from the United States and you’ll receive in 6-10 business days. We ordered on September 8. It’s October 6 and we still haven’t received it. My daughter’s homecoming was last week. It didn’t arrive in time. I just checked tracking-it’s still stuck in Shanghai. I’ve emailed them twice and they don’t respond.
