There were two battery backup. I canceled one and purchased the one with 10000 mah battery backup and canceled 5000 mah. They refunded my money but they have suddenly deducted DKK 299 from my Lunar bank account without any consent. The refunded money is deducted again. This is illegal way of doing business without any re-order from the company. I want the company to be accountable and refund my money timely.
This is the worst of the company to buy anything. They are wasting my time.

If I could give half or none, I would have, bought a product from the company Ozerty DK. And of course I assumed that it was Danish and would be shipped from DK, then 4 or 5 weeks go by and it came from China and of course it turned out to be garbage... so I complained and was told I could send it back.. TO CHINA and of course I had to pay the shipping myself, which cost quite a lot. This company is a scam.
I sincerely do not recommend this company!!!

SCAM!! bEAWARE!!! They refuse tu return or cancel orders+charges 150kr extra for no reason. Dont buy here, i had my card closed and opened new one because these scamer keep charging me card with new orders i dont make.

I went to the webshop of Ozerty because they offered a good price and free shipping.
The price of the item was 75 DKR. I gave them my address and credit card number. Then they displayed a service charge of 148 DKR.
I told them to cancel the order (which I never accepted) but they charged me anyway and shipped the item.

This site is not trustworthy! They advertised that they offer free shipping then afterwards a shipping fee will be charged to you higher than the price of your order. Be careful and dont give them your credit card details! They able to charge me again without me ordering something and acknowledging the payment. I already raised a dispute on my card provider but its too hazzle! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SITE!!!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I was overcharged $51.96 for a $21.95 order.

It’s shocking that they continue this dishonest practice despite numerous complaints from other customers. This level of dishonesty is shocking and unacceptable.

I will be laying a complaint with the Commerce Commission and also advise Fair Go.

If I could give zero stars, I would! They had the cheek to offer me £5 for a five star review! I wouldn’t give this company a 5-star review even if they paid me £5000, let alone £5. They are completely dishonest and operate like a scam.

I was blatantly cheated out of £21 for a product that isn’t even worth £5. It’s cheaply made, flimsy, and shouldn’t even be sold as eyewear. The quality is beyond poor, and the fact that they continue to sell such substandard goods is appalling.

I tried to cancel my order, but they refused. Then, when I asked for a refund, they suggested I return the item to China—fully aware that the shipping costs would make it pointless. This is nothing more than a calculated rip-off designed to trap customers into wasting their money.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering, as I now see I’m far from the only one they’ve scammed. Learn from my mistake—avoid this company at all costs!

Utter thieves. Twice the cost taken as "Service charge" AFTER checkout. The even more taken. DO NOT USE.

I never pressed ok to confirm the buy. This company stole money from me, i will report to the police if my money is not back by tomorrow.

Scam!
Exactly the same as a lot of customers have mentioned before, they add 119 DKK to my bill, and customer services badly translated robot answer is that "it is clearly stated". Which it isn't, it's hidden behind their environment policy; who reads those??

Unfortunately, I have had a really bad experience when purchasing.
They have a hidden costs, even though they said afterward they are displayed on the site. Unfortunately they are not displayed (smartly ...) during the purchase process. I would call it a cheating.
They were at least responding to my complaints, thus 1 star but they did not corrected anything neither pay the money back.
I will not purchase anymore.
A little change and they could have had happy customers. Well, their choice :)

They are liars and will scam you. Their website should be banned.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Bought glasses for £10.86, was debited £34.60. - they said an environmental charge was added ( this was not clear on their site).
6 days later a further £29.99 was debited, They said it was for a 'No Limit Subscription Account'. I never asked for this.
A SCAM

Yeah total scam. Attempted to up-sale me on like four screens, I should've taken that as a red flag and ran. Bought one item for £6, order went through and only after I purchased, I was told about an "Eco charge of £14". They say this was clearly labelled, however it was definitely not. They send out your item before replying to your refund email, DO NOT send back to them, just dispute through bank. I would not engage with them any further at all, as they probably have ways to further scam you on return costs etc.

DO NOT USE, Wouldn't even give them 1 star!
Awful company, as below reviews have stated they add £20 to your order, you don't see this until you have paid. I have continually tried to contact them by phone, always get a message to say no one available so email, tried that, no response. Tried the on line chat, it's AI spent 3 days asking for a phone call, never got one. Then they tried to debit my card for £29.99. Fraud fortunately picked up by my bank, but have had to cancel my card and await another one.

Scam company. $17 purchase turns into $47! Charged a “service” charge. This company should be shut down! They do not respond to emails, phone doesn’t work. I tried 3 times to cancel before they sent. Ignored emails. 6 days later take another $59.99 for my account unauthorised and then the parcel arrives and they won’t supply a return address even though they claim returns are acceptable.

Awful company. Have a cancellation policy that they don't let you use!! Added charges I wasn't told about and not answering calls or emails 😡
