The prompt is rate your experience. It was terrible in a word, I got suckered into their fancy ad on google when researching Match Tea. The so called reviews, flashy banners, offer countdown timer etc.
They claim they are from Australia, but the shipping experience says otherwise. It took three weeks to arrive firstly, but the shopping cart says the item is $59.97 delivered. I expected with the Aus banner at the top of the page, that price was in AUD, but it was in USD! I ended up paying $95 for my order. I tried to cancel it before it shipped, but they said it has left already, although the shipping notification took nearly two weeks to show.
I tried emailing for a refund (they have a 30 day guarantee) but they were adamant to give me a 15% discount/refund. Unfortunately their math is off as this is still way over the advertised price. After pushing for a refund they then offered 50% off which I accepted. I tried multiple times to get this refund actioned, but now they are saying the card transaction didn't go through. I didn't even get a receipt emailed to me.
So this company are scammers, I've yet to try to the product, but the experience has left a sour taste and the buzz for the product is gone. Don't fall for this drop shipped sh*t.
