I had a very disappointing experience with Ozone.ro. I ordered an item listed as "available at supplier" and paid in full. A few days later, they cancelled the order due to lack of stock. While they issued a refund in RON, the double currency conversion (since my bank is in Moldova) resulted in a net loss of 139 RON (~30 USD) for me.
Essentially, I was financially penalized for the store's inaccurate stock information. Customer support (Adrian S.) refused to take any responsibility or offer even a small store credit/voucher to cover this loss, hiding behind "terms and conditions."
Their system captures your money immediately without verifying if the item actually exists. If you are an international customer, you risk losing money on exchange rates every time they fail to manage their stock. Avoid this store if you value your money and fair treatment.

Am comandat mai multe produse printre care un joc pt Nintendo Switch Need for speed remastered, care pe site aparea ca fiind full pe cartus. Ei mi-au trimis un joc pe care scria ca "Internet download required", si cand am vrut sa fac retur (jocul fiind SIGILAT), mi-au refuzat returul. Never again!

I ordered a FC26 game for PS4 for Christmas. Unfortunately when I opened it for Christmas it didn't work. The PS didn't recognize it.
The return procedure was very difficult. It took almost 2 weeks for them to send a courier to pick it up and after more than a month of phone calls and insistence they said they didn't accept the return.
I don't recommend this site. I notice, too late, that half of the customer reviews are with the same kind of experience

Very disappointing experience. I was informed that my order was cancelled one day before delivery, after waiting and planning around the expected arrival. If the product was unavailable, this should have been communicated much earlier, not at the last moment.

Poor communication and lack of respect for the customer’s time. I won’t be ordering again.

I bought two PS5 games from them.
Great prices, brand new sealed games, arrived in two days.

They sent me a few movie that were used. Very irresponsible from the store

I ordered 2 mugs from them. The first one arrived in perfect shape. The second one had manufacturing defects but return / refund was pretty easy. I did get some confusing automated messages but I contacted them and they clarified things. I recommend this store.
