Pedro, why are you carrying on about China???? I have nothing against China??? I've lived in China, I speak their language.
You requested a review, and I gave an honest review. What I stated were facts. I mentioned the roof racks were sturdy and should do the job well. I stated you made a diligent effort to offer a good service. What more do you want.
The purpose of TRUSTPILOT is for people to see honest reviews on products they're considering. What I stated in my review were the facts. I didn't bag out you (as you did me) I didn't mention that your English is so poor I couldn't understand what you were saying half the time. I didn't bag out your company, I simple stated were improvements with the product are necessary. You should be thanking me.
I spent $6,456.13 on what I was lead to believe was a quality product. The quality was disappointing Pedro, suck it up!
If you think offering a small discount on an inferior product would get you a good review, you were wrong.

Super efficient service and delivery. Regular updates on my order and all sent via express post so received within a couple of days (even when the order was placed late on a Saturday evening!). Great products that are versatile and easy to install. All parts and instructions provided. And great pricing too. Definitely recommend the OZ11 Gutter Mount Brackets if you are looking for smart and economical ways to add awnings and function to your self-build campervan and don't want to spend thousands of dollars on roof racks that add to the height of an already high-roof Toyota Hiace. These brackets will accommodate Kings awnings.

Great Products And Service
Have purchased roof rack brackets and now the gutter brackets for awning. Both times the item has been sent super fast. Pedro was also very responsive and helpful via text messages when trying to figure out the best crossbars for my Transit van. Two transactions, two good experiences. Thanks Pedro!

Great quality roof racks
The racks arrived on time and we'll packed in cardboard, the quality of the racks stood out immediately. All the nuts bolts washers and protective sleeves were correct in number and size.
Fitting them with two people was a breeze
Overall was very pleased with the product.
Recommended.
