I liked playing the Games but yet to see a payout especially after the amount of money I have deposited. You win more on bonus than your own money. You need to have more payouts. Bonus free spins should be higher than 20 cents.

I am a long-term player and was already Fully Verified via email. I hit a Royal Flush for $1,000 (I have the screenshot). When I tried to withdraw, they locked my account.
I proactively provided the BTC TXID, to match my $55 deposit. Instead of processing the payout, support (TNyjah) told me my "review timeframe has restarted" and cut the chat. This is a bad-faith stalling tactic to avoid paying a legitimate win. I have the blockchain proof, the winning hand screenshot, and the chat logs. Ozwin, pay your players or I will continue this dispute on every major forum.

After dealing with support staff being incredibly rude and dismissive, including managers, I was finally allowed access to my account again and able to request the withdraw. The same withdraw that started all of this. Only to find out the finance team is now gone for the weekend. This place is incredibly unprofessional, snarky and dismissive. I had 1 agent out of the 5 or so, plus 1 manager completely blow me off and blatantly ignore any of my requests. Finally 1 agent was kind enough to do her job, and treat me like a person. I will never play here again once my money clears. The ammount of hoops they make you go through, and the ammount of disregard from the support staff is too much for me, when there is countless other casinos, who actually pay within a reasonable amount of time for a crypto withdraw, don't create false issues to delay your withdraw and whose support staff will actually treat you as a customer instead of something they stepped in on the way to work.
Do yourselves a favor, and just avoid this place. Horrible experience all over.

Still haven't received my withdraw. When I attempted to contact support about this, I was given the same response over and over from one agent. I asked if my withdraw would be paid today they responded with you'll recieve and update in the next 24 hours. When I asked for clarification, I was given the same response, and had the chat closed on me. Opened another chat, which was then closed on me before any acknowledgement. Tried again, and was met with an extremely rude and snarky agent, who was actually quite disrespectful in her interactions. Honestly, I'm not just complaining for the hell of it, I truly feel disrespected by these agents and their lack of support, and their unwillingness to do anything but copy paste responses and promptly close the chat. Heres to hoping that 24 hours from now I'll have my money and I can finally be done with this place. Whoever trained these agents, needs some retraining themselves. Forgot to mention, I've also emailed the support staff a few times since their last response on Saturday, have not received any sort of response or anything. I'm being ignored, and stalled by these people, and it's really upsetting me. I get it, it's a bit of money they have to payout, but to go to these lengths to stall it, is very frustrating, and quite frankly an untrustworthy flow of events.
I've won around the same amount elsewhere, and was paid out in less than half an hour. Here, I've had to fight to get my account unlocked after my withdraw was denied, wait over the weekend for the finance team to get back to it, and am still waiting. It's been a week already. Never again. It wouldn't have been such a big deal, waiting on my withdraw and all, but the absolute disrespect and uncaring nature of the agents and lack of responses to emails and all has made this so much worse. And honestly, the only positive response I've gotten about this all has been on here, with them trying to save face on a review site.

Be aware that if you purchase $10 cash using 300 of your reward points or free spins using 200 reward points like i did, you cant use them. They then claim that those purchased items are free bonuses, and free bonuses cant be used back to back. They AREN'T free bonuses, i purchased them using my reward points!! They say i have to deposit, why i already purchased! This is BS! Good luck to you. I don't deposit to shady casinos!
